We Meet Again (Sequel to Twist Of Fate)

Chapter 21 ~ Old families

A/N: So some of y'all might have noticed how many time skips there are and that's cause I have a lot a ideas for this story and I don't want it to have so many chapters and I'm already to 21 so yeah this is also another time skip. :)

Alexis's P.O.V.

"I don't think I can do it." I said to Luke. "Relax babe,I talked to them on the phone the other day.Their really excited to see you after all this time.They miss their daughter." He nudged me.

After our second date,Luke finally asked me to be his girlfriend.I obviously said yes.That was 2 months ago.Now we've finally finished touring the US and have moved on to the rest of the world.Also meaning,that we were now in London,on our way to the One Direction household.

(I BET YOU WERE ALL WAITING FOR THIS)

"Really?" I asked still unsure.I was beyond nervous.I was seeing my old family.Out of my many-not including the one I have now-this was my favourite.They treated me like I deserved,and I had some of the best years of my life living with them.

"Just breathe Lex.You act like they chose to send you away.It was all management and you know that.Perrie,Sophia,and Eleanor will be there and by what Lou told me,they miss you more than anything."

I did what Luke told me to,just breathed as we pulled into the driveway.Much to my dismay,the 8 of them stood in a small crowd in front of the garage.

My heart beat picked up as we slowed to a park,everyone unbuckling themselves except for me. "C'mon babe." Luke gave my arm a little pull.I breathed heavily once before taking my seatbelt off.Following Luke out of the car,I kept my head down.I didn't want to look up just yet.

"Alexis?" I heard an all familiar whisper say.I finally lifted my head,my eyes meeting Louis's,a sudden urge to cry filling my brain. "Guys." I choked out.

We all stayed still for a moment before they pulled me in.All of us cried silently,savouring the small moment we were having. "I miss you all so much." I whispered,my eyes still burning from the tears. "We missed you too." Liam's voice spoke up.Finally we pulled away and I gave gave everyone and individual hug.

I sniffled. "Um,guys this is Jules,Rae,and Hailey," I watched the girls step.up. "They're my band." I smiled.They all tested each other.I took a time to examine them all.

The 1D boys didn't look much different from when I left.Harry still had his extremely long hair,which is not a surprise.Zayn,had quite long hair himself,Louis had a look that was similar to how he looked in 2012 just older.Niall still looked like a puppy even with his small stubble.And Liam still looked like the oldest.

"Well,we can't be out here forever,let's go in side." Louis said.I don't think I realized how much I really missed them until now.When everyone filed inside,I stayed back. "Alexis." I shot my head around. "Your doing great baby," Luke said,both his hands on my face and his thumbs wiping away the dry tears.

I didn't say anything,just nodded and took his hand.We walked inside and everyone turned their heads to us.I saw the girls(Not the band but El,Perrie,and Sophia.)eye me and Luke's intertwined hands,but stayed silent.

"You girls have gotten really big,haven't you?" Louis smiled,looking honestly happy. "Yeah its amazing,didn't realize how much I wanted to sing until I met the girls."

"What about your old channel? You did covers back then too." Harry pointed out. "But that was more of a fun thing,when we started our channel it was serious and we were really set on getting famous.Turns out it worked." We all laughed.

And we talked,about lots of different things.Turns out Perrie is two months pregnant and Louis proposed to Eleanor earlier this year.One Direction still have their massive amount of fans and supporters and their working on their 7th album now.Soon it was getting late and we went to get our luggage from the front door.

Did I mention we were staying here until we leave the UK?

Once we had settled our rooms(Me and Luke,Ash and Jules,Hailey and Calum,and Rae and Mike-they took the only room with the play station in it),Eleanor grabbed my hand,leading me to her and Louis's room,along with Sophia and Perrie.

"You have to tell us everything about you and Luke." Sophia said as soon as we had closed the door.I felt the heat rush to my cheeks,the memories of me and Luke from the past months flashing through my mind.

"Well we are dating,obviously.." They nodded,encouraging me to go on. "Well when we first reunited,it was really awkward.." I explained what happened when I left them;about Luke and the twitcam with his new girlfriend,and the texts I send. "That dick." Perrie gasped out.

I laughed loudly at her comment. "At the times yeah,but he couldn't be sweeter."

I continued. "Then we started to become friends again,then he found out about my boyfriend,Jason and we were right back to awkward.Then we all went to a club and got drunk at the I ended up doing..it with Luke,which meant-"

"You cheated on Jason." El gasped simimlar to how Perrie did,and I flinched. "Yeah.Anyway the next day I invited Jason over,explained the whole thing and we broke up.But it was weird cause he wasn't the least bit mad and it turns out he was crushing on this childhood friend he'd been spending time with and was planning on breaking up with me anyway.It wasn't sad and when he left we were friends."

"After that,we went on tour and on the first show the guys played a new song that Luke wrote about our past that made me cry in our dressing room,and I feel asleep.Luke came knocking on the door after the show,apologizing for making me cry.I told him it wasn't his fault that he just sang a song that made me emotional and then he asked me out.At first I declined but then he started listing things that would make our relationship easier,like me not having a boyfriend,us being on tour together already,management not keeping us apart,and I gave in.The next week he took me to an amusement park in Miami for our 2nd 1st date and it was great.After a few more dates,he asked me to be his girlfriend and I have been for the past 2 months."

I let out a breath. "That's adorable!" They gushed.Me and the girls caught up for a few minutes as it was mostly me,the guys,and the band talking when we were downstairs.Later,Zayn came in,telling us to come down for dinner.He grabbed Perrie's hand,kissing her cheek and walking down stairs.I studied how they look at each other,treated each other,and just how in love they were.I just hoped me and Luke would be like that in a few years.

Once down stairs,Luke intertwined his hand with mine for what seemed the the thousandth time today,and we took a seat at the table.We ate and talked about random things.Not realizing how late it was we all picked up our dishes,putting them by the sink and heading to each of our rooms.Me and Luke changed,slipping into the duvet. "Alexis?"

"Mm,yes Luke." I smiled. "I love you." I leaned in,lightly pressing my lips to his. "I love you too." I turned my head around,Luke's arm rapping around my body and hooking his hand in mine,both of us slipping into a peaceful sleep.

My last thought was that this has to be one of the best days of my life.
