Chapter 12 ~ Smiling

       "Y/N! No, n-no, n-no! P-Please! D-Don't do this, p-please! Y/N!" Freddy yelled, and again you heard his voice fading. But this time his voice didn't come back.

You woke up in the same place you were in when you had lost consiousness. You opened your eyes and saw Freddy, Ballora, and Funtime Foxy looking down at you. "Y-Y/N! Oh, y-you're up!" Freddy said. You sat up. "Take it easy, Y/N." "Do y-you remember what h-happened, Y/N?" "I... I think so. I came through the vent, and I collapsed, right?" "Yeah, a-and I-I had to help you o-out. I was s-so worried about y-you, Y/N." "Me too!" Bon-Bon yelled from behind you. "I'm sorry guys. I think I just put too much into strain into what I was doing. I should've been careful." "Y-You said you w-would be careful." Freddy said, leaning closer to you. "I know, Freddy. I'm so sorry." You said. "You're okay though, right Y/N?" Funtime Foxy asked. "Yeah, I will be. I just need some more rest." "Please be careful next time, Y/N. I also want to thank you for the bodies. I will let Baby know." Ballora said. Her and Foxy walked away. Freddy watched them as they left. Once they were out of sight Freddy looked at you and hugged you. You hugged him back. "I w-was so scared. I-I thought I l-lost you, Y/N." "I thought I lost you, Freddy. I didn't know what was happening." You cried. "I-I didn't e-either, I t-thought y-you were dying." "I'm so sorry. I-It's my fault." You said. "No, it's mine. I should've done more." "Okay, then it's both our faults." You said, sniffing and laughing. Freddy laughed along. "I'm too tired to debate who's fault it was." You said. You realized the two of you were still hugging. "We're still hugging." I k-know." "It's nice. It makes me feel better." "M-Me too." "We should go back to the Breaker room." "O-Okay. Uh, Y-Y/N..." "Yeah?" "I... I-I could c-carry y-you. Only i-if you want." "Um..." You blushed. "I- I guess I wouldn't mind... heh." You smiled. Freddy smiled back and blushed. He stood up and picked you up gently. You couldn't help but smile the whole time. "Why a-are you s-smiling?" "I don't know. I can't stop it though!" You giggled. Freddy smiled.

Freddy turned around and opened the Breaker room door using his back. He set you down gently so your back would be leaning against the wall. "Thanks, Freddy." "O-Of course, Y-Y/N." He said, sitting next to you. "I never t-thanked y-you." "For the bodies?" "Y-Yeah." "Oh, you don't need to thank me. It's okay." "Yes I-I do. You s-struggled so much to g-get these b-bodies for us. A-All of them." "Well, yeah, I guess I did. But still. I don't need a thank you." You argued. Freddy gave you a look. "Haha, okay, fine. You're welcome." "Thank y-you." Freddy said. You both laughed. You sighed. "Hey, Freddy." "Y-Yeah?" "I think we're ready." "Ready? F-For w-what?" "For the bodies. I think that you're all ready." "Oh. B-But... If we're g-going into our b-bodies, I won't be a-able to see y-you. You c-can't come to w-work during the p-process. And it's g-going to be a f-few months until you c-can see us again." "Yeah. I know." You sighed. "But I think the wait will be worth it." "Y-You're right. We s-should talk to t-the others." "Yeah, but-" You yawned. "-later. I'm gonna take a little nap." "O-Oh. Okay. Rest up t-then." Freddy said, smiling. "Okay." You whispered.

You woke up and saw Freddy next to you. "Hi. H-How'd y-you sleep?" "Good. I slept good." You smiled. "I-It's 3:28am." "Oh, wow." "Y-Yeah, y-you slept for quite a w-while." "Wanna talk to the others now?" "Sure, think t-they're awake?" "Yeah, I'm sure they are." Freddy opened the door and you walked out. "Thank you." You said. Freddy nodded. You walked to find each animatronic. When you found them you all met up in Funtime Auditorium. "Okay, so guys, I wanted to talk to you all about something." "What is it?" Ballora asked. "Okay, well, basically, Funtime Freddy and I were talking, and we were thinking that it's time for you all to get your bodies." You said. Everyone smiled. "And I know that it's going to be a few months until I'll see you all again, but, it's okay. Because then you can all be free. And you can leave this place." "I agree with Y/N." Ballora said. Funtime Foxy's tail started wagging. "If you guys want, we can start tomorrow?"Baby asked. "Yes!" Everyone yelled. "Okay then! I guess this is happening. I'm so happy for you guys!" You said. Funtime Foxy ran to you and hugged you. "Thank you so much, Y/N." She said. "You're welcome." You said. Everyone else walked slowly to hug you. You smiled and Freddy laughed. "Yeah, t-thank y-you, Y/N!" "Thanks." Baby and Ballora whispered. You all broke the group hug. "You're all welcome. And I can't wait to see all your bodies. And to take you to see the things I love." You said, becoming emotional. "I can't wait, either. I'll see you all tomorrow." Baby said, walking to her stage. Everyone left. "Wow. I'm really so happy. But I'm going to miss you all so much." "I-I know. Me t-too." "But then you'll be human!" You yelled, smilimg. "That's t-true!" Freddy agreed. You heard four beeps. "What was that?" You asked. Then a loud clank. "Woah, what was that?" "It w-was the s-scooping room. Baby's p-preparing the b-bodies." "She's scooping them?" "Y-Yup." "Oh. Huh." You heard the noises again. And again. And again. "It's so loud." You laughed. "I k-know." Freddy said. "What do we do now? I'm not tired, since I just slept." "W-We can just t-talk until tomorrow." "Okay!" 

You and Freddy talked all night about everything. You talked about what you would do together once he was human, about what you'd all do together once they were human, what would happen to Bon-Bon, and what would happen with you. You both then heard a knock on the door. "Hey guys. We're ready."
