Chapter 10 ~ Believe

       "I-I have to tell y-you something." Freddy said. "Oh, what is it?" "U-Um, s-so, b-basically, I have a k-kid... in m-my stomach." Freddy stuttered. You froze. You didn't know what to do. You just stared at him. "...WHAT!?" You yelled. "I-I'm sorry, a-are you mad?" "Well, I-I mean, no? I'm just confused. Like... how?" "I k-know, I should've t-told you before. Pretty m-much what happened was t-that I was doing a show a-a few weeks before you got here, and I-I remembered that w-we need bodies. S-So I was a-alone with him, a-and- well I-I just grabbed him, a-and choked him." Freddy said, frowning. "Oh my god. Wow." You said. You hugged him. You don't know why but you hugged him. Freddy hugged you back. You blushed. You released the hug. "Um, do the others know?" "Only Bon-Bon and B-Baby. B-Baby was the one who h-helped me." "Oh. Well, at least we have a body for Bon-Bon!" "Yeah, t-true. You're sure y-you're not mad?" "No, not at all, Freddy." You said, smiling. Freddy smiled back. "B-But... there's something else I n-need to show you, Y-Y/N." "What is it?" "F-Follow me." Freddy said. He started to walk out the Breaker room. You followed him. 

He started to walk through Funtime Auditorium. He went forward then made a left. You followed him into a room that had no name over the door. "This is t-the Scooping room." "Scooping room? What's it for?" You asked. Freddy turned on a light. When the light turned on you looked around and saw blood. Just blood. A lot of it. "Wha- What is this?" You stuttered. "It's w-where w-we make the bodies u-useful for u-us. We 'scoop' t-their insides using t-that." Freddy pointed at the scooper. It was covered in blood, and inside of it were guts and human innards. You cringed. "Freddy, why are you showing this to me?" "I-I don't want there t-to be any s-secrets between you and me. A-And everyone else, o-of course." "Oh m- thanks, Freddy." You smiled. Freddy slowly walked to you and hugged you. "Y/N." "Yeah?" "I-I... I r-really like you." Freddy stuttered. Bon-Bon gasped. You widened your eyes and released the hug. You started to breathe heavily. Everything froze. 'Oh my god. I can't believe this. Honestly, I like him, too. No wonder I always blushed. He's an animatronic though? I'm just gonna do it. I'm gonna tell him.' You thought. "F-Freddy, I... I honestly like you, too." "W-Wait, s-seriously?" "Yes." "Oh! Yay!" Freddy said. He hugged you again and lifted you up. He stopped and put you down. "B-But, I'm an a-animatronic. How could you like me?" "The human mind is a strange thing, Freddy." You said, giggling. You moved closer to him. "Tell you what. Once you turn human, we should get together." "O-Okay! S-Sounds good." Freddy said. You hugged him again. Bon-Bon was shaking. "AAH! I'M SO HAPPY! FREDDY! SHE LIKES YOU BACK! HEHE!" Bon-Bon yelled. You laughed. Freddy picked up Bon-Bon and gave him to you. "I'm happy, too, Bon-Bon." You said. "But, Freddy, how are you capable of having this emotion, you know, love? I didn't know animatronics could!" "We c-can't. B-But then- I saw y-you. And everything just- c-changed." "Wow. Um, another question. How did you fit the kid in your stomach?" "I-I have a b-built in storage t-tank in my stomach." "Really? Afton Robotics, right?" "T-That's right." "Ah, okay. Thanks for sharing this with me, Freddy." "O-Of course, Y-Y/N." "We should go back." "Yeah." Freddy said. He walked to the door and held it open for you. You walked with him. "So, should we tell the others?" "I d-don't t-think there's a n-need to tell them y-yet. Maybe once we g-get our bodies w-we could." "Yeah, true." Does Baby know that I know about the Scooping room and the kid?" "No, but I-I'll tell h-her." "Okay. She won't get mad, right?" "No, she s-shouldn't." Freddy said. You got to the Breaker room and Freddy opened the door for you. "Thanks." You said, walking in. 

You sat down and yawned. Freddy sat next to you. Bon-Bon sat Freddy's shoulder. "Ah, I'm so tired." You said. Freddy moved Bon-Bon onto his other shoulder and Freddy wrapped his arm around you. You put your head on his shoulder. Bon-Bon jumped off Freddy's shoulder and climed onto yours. "I still can't believe it." "Believe w-what?" "That we both like each other." "H-Heh, yeah. How l-long have you l-liked me for?" "I think- my second or third night here." "Oh." "What about you?" "W-When I first saw you. I-I don't know if y-you remember but I was trying t-to say that you were r-really pretty when I first saw you, but t-then Baby i-interupted me." "Really? I didn't even notice. Probably because I was more scared than anything." You said. Freddy laughed. You closed your eyes and began to fall asleep. You felt Bon-Bon lean against your head. Then you fell asleep.

(The next day.) You woke up next to Freddy, who was still sleeping. Bon-Bon jumped off your shoulder. "Finally you're up!" He whispered. "Hi, Bon-Bon. How long have you been awake for?" "A few minutes, I think. I don't know what time it is!" He said. You checked the time on your phone. "It's 10:19." "Oh, then I've only been awake for 10 minutes! You should wake up Freddy." "I don't know, I should let him sleep. He looks so cute." You said, blushing. Bon-Bon giggled. "Okay, don't wake him up then. But you're going to have to soon!" "Yeah, I know." You said, getting up. You sighed and started to wake up Freddy. "Hey. Freddy. Wake up." You said gently. Freddy's eyes opened and his face plates twitched. "Good morning." "Good m-morning. How are y-you?" "Good. You?" You asked, helping him up. "T-Thanks. I feel good. Oh, Y/N, b-by t-the way, do you t-think you can g-get us bodies today?" "Mm, maybe. I'll go out later tonight and check." "O-Okay. I wish I-I could go. I r-really want to see w-what it's like o-out there." "You'll see soon, Freddy. Remember, you already have a body. As soon as I get bodies for the others, you'll be out of here." "Y-Yeah. Y-You're right, Y/N." Freddy said. You smiled. "What now?" "I don't k-know." Freddy replied. 

You walked out of the Breaker room and Freddy followed. "W-Where are w-we going?" "I don't know. I'm just gonna walk until I find something intresting." You said, laughing. "Oh." Freddy smiled. You and Freddy continued to walk. "Hey l-look, t-there's Foxy." "Oh!" You said. You both walked to Funtime Foxy who was on her stage. "Hi, F-Foxy!" "Hi Freddy! Hi Y/N! What are you guys doing here?" "We have nothing else to do so we decided to talk to you." "Oh! Well that's cool!" "What are you doing, Foxy?" "I was just practicing for my performance next week!" "Oh, n-no, I h-hope we aren't bothering you!" "No! No! Not at all!" Foxy said. You suddenly got a flashback from when you were younger; you were running around and you were holding a slice of pizza. You ran into this room with another little girl, around the same age as you. You looked around and saw an animatronic that looked precisely like Baby and a little girl slowly walking toward her. You ran back out of the room and immedietly heard a little girl scream. You stopped running and looked at your friend. You looked back into the room were the animatronic and the little girl were and you saw blood on the floor and on the animatronic. You screamed and ran to your parents. Your parents rushed you out of the restaurant. Then the flashback ended. You came back to reality and gasped. You began to breathe heavily. "Y/N? W-What's wrong? What h-happened?" Freddy asked, sounding very concerned. "Y/N!" Foxy yelled. Freddy grabbed you, not tightly of course, and gently shook you. "Y/N! Y-Y/N! Are y-you okay!? What h-happened!?" He yelled. Foxy stood behind Freddy. You snapped out of whatever state you were in. "I...- I remembered." 'R-Remembered what? A-Are you okay?" "Y-Yeah, I'm fine. I had a flashback- of when I was little. I think it was Baby's old pizzaria, or- something. But... she had killed a kid when I was there. I remembered seeing it and running to my parents." "Y/N. I-I'm so sorry." Freddy said. He hugged you. You hugged back and felt a tear run down your face. You hugged him tighter and rested your head on his shoulder. Foxy just stood there, her hands on her face, shocked. You released the hug and sniffed. "Ugh, I-I-I'm sorry. I don't know what happened." "I-It's okay. You p-probably just got scared." Freddy said, smiling and reassuring you. "Hehe, thanks Freddy." "Are you okay, Y/N?" Foxy asked. "Yeah, I'm good. Thanks Foxy." You smiled. "Look, uh, I'm sorry, but Freddy and I should go back." "Y-Yeah." "Okay! That's fine. I hope you feel better, Y/N." "Thanks." You said. You started to walk back to the Breaker room with Freddy. Freddy opened the door for you and you walked in. "Sit d-down, take a b-break." "Heh, I appreciate this Freddy, but I'm fine." "I-I know, I'm just worried." "I'll be okay. I swear, Freddy. Thank you for caring though." "O-Of course." He said, handing you a bottle of water from your backpack. "Thanks." You said. You drank a sip of the water. "Y-You good now?" "Yup."
