Juliet's POV:

After the whole conversation with Mr. Rules Inc. , I was angry.

Angry that I'd been lied to and angry that it was all my own fault.

It was MY fault that Jake isn't living his dream. It's MY fault that he had to look after me.

I was currently at my new apartment in my room.

Jake had send me the directions and left the keys under the front tire of my bike.

It was a cozy little place. It had everything that I needed and more.

I hadn't really looked around yet, since I was still sulking.

I really hated the fact that Jake had sacrificed something that was so important to him for me.

I hated that I had put him in that position to have to choose.

Suddenly, there was a knock on my door and I went to open it.

I frowned slightly at the girls that stood there.

The one was probably a few inches taller than me with short, blonde hair and green eyes.

The other one was about my height with long black hair and brown eyes.

"Can I help you?", I asked and looked at them again.

"I'm Lily Daniels and that's Theresa Kennedy.", the black haired one said.

"Oh yeah, I remember now. I met you at school.", I said and smiled.

She looked so different now than she had at school though.

She was wearing skinny, faded blue jeans with a black top, converse and a leather jacket.

Her hair was hanging wildly over her shoulders and she was wearing lipgloss and mascara.

She looked really badass.

"So what are you doing here?", I asked quickly.

"We came to hear if you wanted to hang out.", Theresa said.

"That depends. What are we doing?", I asked.

They smirked at each other, before Lily answered.

"How does graffiti on buildings and a few fights sound?", she asked.

I grabbed my keys from the hook on the wall and locked my door.

"I'm so in.", I said and we walked outside.

We were going to be going in Theresa's old truck that already stood waiting.

I got in the bed of the truck with Lily while Theresa was drove.

"This is going to be so awesome.", Lily smirked and smiled back.

Something told me that something bad was going to happen, but I just ignored it.

"So how come, you're so different at school?", I asked the question that was bugging me.

"It's all for my family's sake. Good girl by day, bad girl by night.", she shrugged.

"How do you manage that?", I asked.

"By day, I play the depressed debbie role and then when I get home after school, I lock myself in my room. That's when I change and plan what I'm doing at nights and then I sneak out.", she explained as we rode on.

"And no one knows?", I asked, incredulously.

"Nope. No one even suspects anything.", she said, proudly.
