Juliet's POV:

"What?!", I yelled shocked.

There was no way this was happening.

"It's time for some tough love, Juliet. Besides, this is your own fault.", my dad said simply.

I just sat there and stared at him with wide eyes.

He can't do this to me. This was so unfair.

"I'm only trying to do what's best for you, Jules.", he said.

That didn't make any of this better at all.

He sighed and stood up, before starting to leave.

He paused in the doorway and turned back to me.

"You leave tomorrow.", he said and then left. Just like that.

I sat there, stunned. I couldn't believe what was happening.

I was leaving tomorrow for some juvenile camp and it was in the army.

I wasn't even a juvenile. I was just a girl who hated the rules society gave us.

Now, because of it, I was being sent to the ultimate place of rules.

I don't know how I sat there sulking for, but when I looked at the clock it was already time to get ready for school.

I didn't really feel like going, but I guess I had to.

If I was going to this camp thing, then I needed to be prepared.

I went upstairs and got ready for school.

I got dressed in faded blue jeans, a blue tank top and a royal blue hoodie with black vans.

It was a bluish day for me today, so it made sense to dress in blue.

I left the flat and got onto my bike, before kicking it into life and racing to school.

I wasn't going to be at school for long. I was going to just show my face and then hightail it out of there.

I was going to have to think of a way to get out of going to the military.

The military was no place for me. It was too filled with discipline and regimentation for the likes of me.

My life was meant for fun and rule breaking, not marching and discipline.

Suddenly an idea popped into my head.

One that would make my dad happy and one that would get me out of the army.

It was perfect. If I made too much trouble in the army, they would most likely kick me out.

Then at least I could say that I had tried my best.

I hoped it would work, but just in case, I needed to have a backup plan.

I walked into school and went straight to my locker.

People were whispering and pointing at me the whole way and it was annoying as hell.

It was like they knew something that I didn't and was making sure that I knew that.

I threw all of my things from my locker into my bag, before slamming it shut and stomping to my first class.

I sat down in my seat and glared at the world outside, while the other students piled into the class.

Someone tapped on my shoulder and I looked around.

It was Romeo or whatever. He looked as pissed off as I felt.
