Third person's point of view.

Raven sat nearly petrified with anger across from Silas as the Immortal threatened to harm the one person that quite possibly is the only one Raven has ever fallen in love with, not to mention he's Raven's true mate. There would be nothing Raven wouldn't be willing to do for his Omega's happiness and safety. Threatening Loki ensured Raven's betrayal at the moment it would be possible to do.

But for that to happen Raven needed to seem like he was on Silas' side.

"Where is she?" Raven asked,

He forced his voice to be filled with worry to hide the fact that he was raging inside.

"She is being forced to anchor the Other Side for all eternity, just for loving me." Silas explained his own rage showing through.

"This is all done by Qetsiyah, I'm going to assume," Raven said Silas nodded.

There was one thing though that Silas never knew, and that was Raven knew exactly where Amara was being held on the physical plane, an eternal hostage by the Travellers to keep her out of the wrong hands, that being Silas. Sighing Raven stood up,

"Why come to me for this?" he asked,

"You are perfectly capable of doing this all by yourself," Raven added.

"Why are you arguing with me?!" Silas snarled jumping up to his feet and getting Raven's face.

Raven didn't even flinch while every man in the bar drew weapons and aimed them at Silas, Loki was at Raven's side in a flash of green and had a knife conjured and aimed at Silas' throat. Silas seeing all this, pulled back and everyone calmed down. Raven smirked and looped his arm around Loki's waist,

"Thank you," he cooed into the god's ear.

Kissing his cheek, he sent him back over to Wade and Weasel.

"You didn't answer my question," Silas said just as hostile but not as physical.

"You knew Qetsiyah as well as I did, she kept Amara 'death' from me out of spite," Silas said snarling Qetsiyah's name.

"Then you should know she'd do anything to keep you from my sister." Raven snapped back, finally admitting his relationship to Silas' mate.

"How would you feel if it were you and your pretty thing over there going through all this?" Silas growled,

"I wouldn't have, because I'm not an idiot that fell in love with someone below my social status. But I understand your reasoning, it's your true mate and Qetsiyah crossed a line by fighting that, it's fate, you and my sister met and fell in love, but it was also fate that did it in the wrong time." Raven said and Silas relaxed.

"Meet me later then, I'll send you the address where you can come get me." Silas said leaving Raven a phone number,

Straightening out his leather jacket, and setting a hundred dollar bill on the table he added,

"For a round of drinks, it was brave of them to stand up for you, even if it was a lost fight before they got up." Silas said and left.

Raven still standing balled his fist and punched the table in front of him it went up in flames as it broke and crashed to the floor.

"Ray!!" Weasel shouted coming towards the long-haired man, a fire extinguisher in hand.

"I swear man, you're worse than a bar fight," Weasel said shooting the extinguisher at the burning table putting out the flames and whatever else was burning.

Loki coming over to Raven, used his Jotum powers to cool the bar as it felt like the heating was on the hottest setting during a 110 summer heat. Everyone could feel the fresh feel of air and the whole room sighed.

"Loki and Raven are perfect for each other." Wade said smirking as he and Vanessa left for their date.

Vanessa nodded and looped her arms into Wade's. Loki threaded his arms around Raven's waist and laid his head on Raven's chest, letting his winter powers cool his Alpha's heated anger. Raven seeing and feeling Loki's effort to calm him made him feel better. Stroking Loki's cheek with his human hand he smiled,

"Love, I need you to promise me something," Raven said looking down at his Omega.

"Anything," Loki cooed running his nose up and down Raven's,

"I want you to stay with your brother while I'm away, the man who was here is dangerous and wouldn't think twice in hurting you to get at me, so until I get rid of him, I need you in a place where I know you'll be safe." Loki didn't look pleased by this.

"What will I get if I do this?" he asked knowing arguing will take more time and effort than just agreeing and getting something good out of Raven's return,

"Well if your a good boy and don't piss anyone off in the facility, then we'll do whatever you want." Loki's brows shot up,

He knew what he wanted when Raven would come back and nodded,

"Come back in one piece, please," he begged, hugging tighter.

Raven smiled, tucking his head into Loki's neck he nuzzled and left a hickey right on the sensitive spot of Loki's neck, not caring about where they were.

After dropping Loki off at the Facility, Raven drove to Silas' hotel and picked up the Immortal.

"Ready?" Silas asked darkly,

Raven didn't answer and just drove.
