I was sitting in the truck waiting on the boys.. Of course. I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw the picture of Brantley, Emma, and myself she was the sweetest thing. I read the caption she put with the picture. "Got to meet BG and his girlfriend. They are sooo nice! Can't wait for the concert and to meet LUKE BRYAN! OMG!" I smiled at and decided that I would comment on the picture.
"It was nice meeting you too, Emma! Don't forget to tell Luke how about us! Hope to see you tonight!" I put my comment and closed Instagram when I heard my boys. They're pretty loud at times but I don't mind at all.
"Mama, dad said that I can plug my Ipod into the radio." Dax said getting in the truck.
"Did he now? Well hand it here." I said holding my hand out. Dax handed me his Ipod and plugged it in stretching the cord into the backseat so Dax could pick songs.
"How's the wrist baby?" I asked Dax.
"It doesn't really hurt to bad." Dax said not looking at me still scrolling through his music.
"That's good. So I have to ask you something." I said looking over at Brantley who got a big smile on his face.
"What?" Dax asked looking up for a second then back down.
"How would like to move in with Brantley and poppop move into our house?" I asked him. His head shot up from his Ipod and he a biggest smile on his face.
"YES!" Dax yelled. I didn't even realize Brantley was recording until I looked over at him and smiled.
"Guess we have our answer." I said to Brantley.
"I guess so." He said with a smile.
"Our little family." I said with a smile and one hand on my stomach.
"It's perfect." Brantley said with a smile and leaned over giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"Alright, so let's go now." Dax said from the backseat. Brantley and I shook our heads and he started the truck backing out of the driveway. Dax was playing a little bit of everything on our way there and I wasn't sure of Brantley's expression at times. Especially when Dax played Neighbors Know My Name by Trey Songz. Brantley kept glancing over at me as I was singing and so was Dax I mean, yeah, my eight year old probably shouldn't know that song, but he's not a sheltered kid and I don't want him to be. When we pulled up in the back parking lot we went right to Jason's bus because him and Brantley are going to sing together a little bit tonight. Brantley knocked and Brittany; Jason's girlfriend, answered the door.
"Come on in." Brittany said waving her hand. We walked in and Dax went to the back of the bus where the girls were watching TV.
"Come on Payton. We'll go have girl talk while the boys talk buisness." Brittany said grabbing my hand. I nodded and we went back to the bunks taking seat on I think Tully's bunk.
"Okay, so I know we're kind of close in age so I kinda like talking to you better than I do Caroline even though I love her to death." Brittany said. I understood what she meant by that sometimes you gotta talk to people to your own age.
"You can talk to me about anything. We're friends at least I hope we are." I said realizing I had just met her only a few hours ago.
"Oh of course we are girl but uhm I don't know how to tell Jason, but, I think I'm pregnant. I'm like two weeks late." Brittany said and I know my eyes bugged out of my head.
"You don't know if you are or not?" I asked.
"I'm pretty sure I am but I haven't been alone to go to the store and get what I need." Brittany said.
