Chapter Four: Stalin Zar

The First Battle of SAFE Academy had ended with a successful defense. However, 200 people had died. 500 were critically wounded.

"The Code DEAD lockdown has been lifted! You may get out of hiding!"

Everyone got out of hiding. The wounded were brought back from the dungeons, and placed back in the infirmary.

Adam, Leo, Neo, Meagan, Billy, and Lightspeed were brought to the hospital. When everyone arrived at the hospital, tons of people were crying in grief. Jack saw an old woman talking with a few Student Soldiers. She was crying.

"Where's my son?! WHERE'S MY BOY?!!!!!!!!!!!", cried the woman.

The Student Soldiers stared at each other, sweeting in fear.

"He's dead. This is all that we found of him," said a Student Soldier.

He pulled out something wrapped in cloth. It was covered in blood, and was about the size of a bowling ball, but not as light.

The woman unwrapped it. Jack saw eyes and a mouth hidden in the cloth. Someone's head was wrapped in the cloth. As soon as she saw it, she screamed.

"MY BOY!!!!!!!!!! MY SON IS.........DEAD!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD'VE DONE SOMETHING, YOU SHOULD'VE PROTECTED HIM!!!!!!! YOU FAILED ME, YOU FAILED HIM!!!!!!!", screamed the woman.

Jack saw all sorts of dead people lying in the Infirmary. All sorts of people were weeping over the dead: students, teachers, friends, siblings, and parents.

Mr. Shriek saw Jack.

"HEY JACK!!!!!!! GOOD NEWS, THAT VANESSA GIRL AND YOUR FATHER HAVE BEEN HEALED!!!!!!!!", screamed Mr. Shriek.

Right behind Mr. Shriek was John Zar and Vanessa. Both of them were perfectly healed.

"What about Grandma and Sensei?", said Jack.

"YOU SEE, THEY'RE FINE!!!!!!!! HOWEVER, IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET THEM FIXED UP!!!!!!!! DEVIL'S SCAR BECOMES MORE LIFE-THREATENING THE OLDER YOU GET!!!!!!!! BETWEEN AGES 1-50, DEVIL'S SCAR CAN BE CURED IN ONE HOUR!!!!!!!!!! HOWEVER, ABOVE THAT, IT CAN TAKE WEEKS, YEARS MAYBE TO GET THEM BACK TO FULL RECOVERY!!!!!!!! GRANDMA ZAR AND SENSEI ESORONG ARE OVER NINE HUNDRED BILLION YEARS OLD, SO IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO FULLY HEAL THEM!!!!!!", screamed Mr. Shriek.

"Dad, how do you feel?", said Jack.

"Good! Heh, it feels so weird, seeing my kids all grown up! I knew you'd find me," said John.

"Honestly, I never thought my dad had an awesome eyepatch! What happened to your eye?", said Jack.

"Got knocked out during my days as a Murguol prisoner! My mom and Sensei aren't doing so well, what happened to them?", said John.

"They got infected during our fight on Muspelheim. While we were trying to save you, the Cult ambushed our allies who were defending us. Grandma and Sensei got wounded, and Waldo was kidnapped," said Jack.

"So it's my fault they're in this mess?", said John.

"No, that's not what I'm saying," said Jack.

"Why would you take such a heavy loss, just to rescue me? I'm not the same hero I once was, I have EDS!", said John.

"Well, your brother, the King, was killed recently. Only you were suitable to take his place. Also, what is EDS?", said Jack.

"EDS stands for Elementor Deficiency Syndrome, it's basically when your powers stop working due to a drain spell or a nullification spell. And besides, I'm not the only one suitable for the throne," said John.
