Nikei let out a frustrated groan as he crinkled up the paper and threw it across his room.
" No...no!"
The lilac eyed male stood up, glancing around his paper filled room for a moment before he sighed.
" There's nothing interesting! Everything sounds boring, it's all been covered before!" be frowned, shutting his eyes before they flew open.
I'm talking to myself again...
Nikei shook his head, moving some hair away from his one eye before he sat down and threw his head back.
It was getting frustrating to write a story, everything had been covered multiple times by other authors and journalists. Those who weren't fast enough were left in the dark.
It was harder when you didn't have time because of school always getting in the way, as well as family. Every time the lilac eyed teen would get settled in, him and his family would have to move again because of his father's job.
It was a pain, especially if you were trying to make a career for yourself because college was slowly approaching.
Nikei looked at all his bags, sighing slightly before he stood up once more and grabbed all his notebooks and began to pack them in silence.
Here we go again...
***
Nikei stood in front of the old school building, a tired expression on his face before he yawned and looked at the sign nearby.
"...Bluemoon Hill High School," he muttered, shrugging before he went up the steps leading to the doors before stepping inside.
There were a few other students around, most of them in groups of three or four surrounding the lockers.
I wonder where the library is...maybe I could ask-
" Oi, get out of my way," a deeper voice called out behind the wannabe author.
Nikei frowned, narrowing his eyes before he turned around with a small flame in both his eyes," Don't tell me what to do-"
The lilac eyed male was cut off when his collar was grabbed and he was raised up off the ground. In front of him was a gray haired man with matching eyes, and a cigarette in his other hand.
He simply glared, dropping Nikei to the ground and sighing as he leaned down a bit.
" Don't get in my way, got it?" the other muttered, narrowing his gray eyes after a second.
Nikei huffed, glancing away in silence as he slowly got up and picked up the notebook that had fallen out of his pocket.
" Yeah, sure," the lilac eyed male frowned, averting his gaze as he shoved past a few other students to try and find the library.

" Ghost sightings...odd things accruing at night," Nikei mumbled, a grin appearing on his face as he set the newspaper down," this is perfect!"
" Shut up, will ya?" a familiar voice called out, causing the wannabe author to tense slightly before frowning.
" Like I said earlier, you can't tell me what to do," he sighed, folding the newspaper up and stuffing it in his bag.
The gray eyed teen stared, only raising an eyebrow as he watched the new student.
" What are you even doing here? This place is shit, everyone knows that."
