After shopping, Ava and I went to eat. I was staving, this thing called shopping is hard work wouldn't you agree?

"So what's up with you and Taylor, " she asked while biting into her chicken wrap.

It was 5:30 when I got home, dinner wasn't until 7. I was about to go up when I saw daisy.

"Hey D, aren't you getting ready "

"It looks like I'm working all night "

"Your father is having more guest than the family tonight and I didn't plan for company"

"Oh, " I said before going to my room, I wonder who dad has invited.

I got dressed and put my hair in some big curls. I stared at myself in the mirror, my blonde looked perfect and the black eyeliner made my grey eyes pop. I looked at the time it was 7:15, shit I'm late

I quickly made my way down the stairs

"Look who finally decided to grace us with her presents, happy birthday sweetie" my dad commented upon seeing me

"Thanks, dad, sorry I'm late " I giggled

"No sweats" he continued " Do you remember Mr. Knight"

"Yes, you were at dad's birthday bash a few months ago "

"Yes, you have grown into a beautiful young woman" I blushed at the compliment

"Do you remember my son, Alexander"

As if rehearsed a tall, handsome Greek God of a man came in front of me. My mouth went dry
