I walked with Joe to school the next day.
"How are you?" he asked me, grinning.  Gosh.  That smile would be the death of me one day.
"I'm good" I grinned and linked hands with him.  He held my hand back.  We walked into school hand in hand and sat down at the usual table.  All the lads leaned in expectantly.
"No.  We're not dating" Joe said once again as he did every morning and I giggled. In maths, Joe ended up helping me for the for the first time ever.  Fractions was just something that I didnt understand.  However Joe seemed to be quite the expert in the subject.  He helped me the whole entire lesson, the teacher shooting us big grins as our heads were leaning on each others. During P.E we had finally moved onto the subject of dancing.  I was partnered with Josh.
"Just move your hips a little" I giggled as he attempted to move them but failed and instead looked like he was having some kind of fit.
"How can you do this?" Josh flopped on the floor causing me to dissolve into laughter again.  I glanced over at Joe who was partnered with Rose.  She was attempting to force his body into a ballroom hold.  I had to admit, he wasn't bad.  He had a really long neck which was good and his shoulders were perfectly in position.  Rose kept trying to push his butt in, which in his defence, wasn't actually sticking out which meant that she was just using it as an excuse to touch his butt.  She really was disgusting.  He glanced in my direction and caught my eye and winked.  I giggled.
"Hey!  I know that you like Joe, but can you teach me to dance please and worry about him later?" Josh interjected.  I spun around and saw him still lying face flat on the floor.
"Oh sorry" I laughed and pulled him to his feet and attempted to try teach him to Samba.  Each pair had been given a dance to perfect and we would perform them at the end of term. Joe was doing a waltz and needless to say, was struggling to get the steps. I watched him once again falling over Roses feet.  I kept thinking that he was ridiculously clumsy until I realised that Rose kept jutting one of her feet out and tripping him up so that she could hold his hand for longer. She was actually gross.
"Dianne.  Please concentrate" Josh said.
"Oh sorry" I blushed as I had gone into a trance staring at Joe.
At break I hung around with all the boys as Zoe was once again busy with Alfie.  She hadnt talked to me much since she got herself a boyfriend.
I spent the whole of chemistry giggling with Joe.  We didnt even stop whenever we blew up our experiment because we didn't listen to what we had to do.  We only stopped laughing whenever we set fire to the teachers hair.  She sent us out and once we were out of the door ,webegan laughing hysterically.  For the rest of the period we just walked hand in hand around the school grounds then Joe had Art and I had dance.

I sat down beside Caspar in art.
"What did you do after you got sent out?" Caspar asked eagerly.
"We just went for a walk" I replied as I pulled out my art books.  I looked back at the terrible things I had drawn before. I had never really put any effort in. I was going to do it this time. I was going to put in as much effort as I had to this next drawing.
"Right class" the teacher bustled in and got the classes attention. "Today I want you to draw the most important thing to you. This could be a person, place, thing, animal, anything you want. Anything that is important to you.  I want this to be your best work.  This will be 15% of your final exam so I suggest you do it well" she glared at me.  I already knew what I was going to draw. I set to work, sketching out a girl I knew so well that I didn't even need a picture to copy from.
"I'm stuck" Caspar huffed beside me. "What is important to me?"
"Food" I replied easily.
"What are you drawing?" he asked me.  I moved my arm to show him my sketch. "You can draw?" he looked shocked.
"Is it bad?" i asked worriedly.
"No.  It's so obvious who you are drawing.  Dianne.  Awwwww.  Is she the most important person to you?" he mocked.  I blushed and went back to my pencil sketch.  I only got a small portion of the drawing done in that lesson.  I placed it carefully in my art folder and walked to English.  I sat beside Dianne and we continued chatting.  We spent the whole lunch together and laughed quietly at the back of class all through afternoon lessons.  I walked back to my house with Dianne.  Zoe and Alfie were walking on the other side of the street but we quickly got ahead of them as they kept stopping to make out every few minutes.  Whenever we got home we watched a film and mucked around for a while.  We made pasta together whilst singing along to music.  Dianne didnt leave until 10pm.Dianne
I arrived home after an amazing day with Joe.  Yes, Zoe may have ditched me for some random guy she barely knew but I still had Joe.  I walked home with a skip in my step.
"I'm home" I called happily whenever I got through the door.  Nobody replied.  I could hear shouting.  I walked into the kitchen and saw my parents in a full on argument with my brother crying on the floor inbetween them.
"YOU SAID THAT YOU WERENT GOING TO MOVE THE FAMILY AGAIN.  YOU PROMISED" my mum screamed.
"IT'S A GOOD OFFER" my Dad shouted back.
"What's going on here?" I asked, stepping inbetween them.  They both turned to face me.
"We're moving" Andrew replied.
