When the news went out that morning that Markus and other androids had hit up five different Cyberlife stores, Percy knew how the government was going to respond.

"Lucas, you need to convert the other androids, collect as many android spare parts we have, and put them at the abandoned church and then head to Jericho," Percy whispered seriously, happy that Estelle was still sleeping in the other room.

"Why?" Lucas asked his heart pounding, both in excitement and in fear. He was excited for androids to finally be free, but at what cost? The fear of the unknown destiny ahead was starting to make him nervous, especially as he had a bad feeling.

"Because I just know that the response to this break-out at Cyberlife stores is to call for a recollection of androids that haven't turned deviant. I don't think I can protect you or the others at the aquarium. So, when we get there in an hour, you will make sure they are converted and then take them to Markus," Percy said sadly. Disappointed he was going to have to let his friend go alone, but knew that one day they would see each other again.

"Are you sure?" Lucas asked once more, wanting to make sure his friend would be alright.

"I'm sure. I can handle being short staffed right now. All of the humans have bailed anyway, with everything that's happening. I've already have enough supplies to keep the place running for the next month, let's just hope they don't try to take away the android animals," Percy murmured, his heart thudding in his chest at the loss he would feel if the government decided that android animals were going to be included.

"Okay," Lucas replied. It was the end of that discussion.

---------------------------

By the time Lucas had the others converted and placed the extra animal biocomponents that would also work for human androids in the church, the march for freedom had started.

Knowing nothing good would happen if he tried to meet with Markus there, Lucas used the time to head to Ferndale Train Station and follow the clues that Simon had sent him so long ago.

Leading the group through the pathway that was marked with graffiti, Lucas found Jericho and ducked around to the side of the building that Percy mentioned in passing from time to time.

Entering the ship, Lucas set the others to be ready for the incoming androids sound any of them be hurt.

Two of the deviant androids had medical training for androids, admittedly for animal androids but the biology was similar to their human counterpart, while he had Ally clear out some of the debris on the upper floors, knowing that Markus had recruited hundreds of androids to his side during the Freedom March.

Lucas waited on the roof, knowing Markus like he did, he knew the android would disappear after the march and wanted to reflect upon things. Which would lead him to the roof, the perfect place to paint if he had an easel.

So, Lucas sat on the edge of the destroyed balcony overlooking the city and waited.

Time passed, and eventually Lucas' prediction of where Markus would eventually end up was true.

"Lucas!" Markus asked surprised but then a smile graced his face as the two androids embraced each other warmly. "What are you doing here?" Markus asked, his voice slightly muffled as the two androids hid their faces into the others shoulder.

Lucas put some distance between them, but kept his hands on Markus' shoulders. "Percy was worried about the response of the Cyberlife Stores being hit. He had me convert the other androids at the aquarium and head over here after dropping some extra parts we had at this abandoned church we know of."

"Is Percy alright? I know half of his crew were androids," Markus asked worried about his other human friend.

"We'll none of his crew is with him now. He's not leaving town along with Estelle or Mrs.O'Leary, but he tried to assure me that he will be alright along with the animals at the aquarium," Lucas replied slightly hesitantly.

"You don't think he'll be okay?" Markus asked concerned.

"We have a lot of animals we take care of each day. I'm mostly just hoping that this either ends soon, or that Percy finds some sort of help. I just hope he doesn't overwork himself or that he worried too much about how to government may react to the androids creatures," Lucas admitted and finally released his hands from Markus' shoulders.

Markus frowned and seemed to share Lucas' sentiments regarding Percy before he brightened. "I want to introduce you to my friends. They've been helpful through this time," Markus said as he lead the other android back downstairs.

"Simon, Josh, North, this is my friend Lucas," Markus said as he came to the captain quarters where his friends were already waiting for him.

"Lucas!" Simon said excitedly and instantly wrapped his arms around the other android in a hug.

"Hello, Simon," Lucas said affectionalty as he returned the hug.

"You already know each other?" Markus asked curiously but slightly relieved. At least, he noticed that Simon and Josh seemed to know the android, North was looking at him with mistrust.

"Percy was the one who found us after Cyberlife sent a car early on to collect deviants. Try to hide them from the news that way. Ours got blasted onto its side and Percy found us and helped us," Simon explained as he released Lucas for Josh to hug the android this time.

"That sounds like Percy," Markus said with a soft smile, missing his friend and wishing they had spent more time together. Hopefully, when the revolution was over he would have some time for that.

Lucas grinned at the Android Leaders face and the sort of puppy-love look on his face while Simon and Josh looked at each other curiously before grinning and North just rose her eyebrow in surprise before having a mischievous look in her eye.

"Who is Percy?" she asked curiously but a glint in her eye told Simon and Josh that she had a plan.

"He's a friend of Carl's," Markus began, "he works with aquatic android and non-android animals. He cares for them greatly and half of his employees were androids-"

"That actually got paid," Lucas cut in and got surprised looks from the other androids. "What?"

"Percy paid them?" Markus asked with a slightly tilt of his head. "How come I didn't know about this?"

Lucas shrugged. "Percy never really told me why he gave them money other than the fact that, and I quote: 'if they work for me then they might as well get paid like humans. I'm not really their master, I just work alongside them. No one is more important than anyone else, why shouldn't they also be paid' before the topic was just dropped. Admittedly, because androids can't exactly have their own credit cards, Percy just created a new one and linked it to all androids that worked for him. The money has yet to be touched unless we see a repair that needs to be done. Other than that, the money's just sitting there," Lucas told them.

North was impressed, while she distrusted pretty much all humans, this seemed to be a human that all androids in front of her knew about and seemed to care about him as much as he cared about them. She had a feeling that if they ever met, she would like the man.

Unknown the the five, there was another android just outside the doors waiting for all but Markus to leave. Connor was ready to accomplish the mission Cyberlife sent him to do. Though, he was curious about all the software instability he has gained since working with Lieutenant Anderson, his primary mission was to take out Markus and then other deviants.

So, to those who have somehow been reading this without actually know the video game I've been referencing this entire book. There are parts that have been changed from the game, mostly the scene where Markus is on the roof. But I will say that after Markus talks to North, Simon, and Josh Connor shows up and has the option to become deviant. Yes, this will occur in this story and the reason I am mentioning it is because the next time we see Connor he' deviant and I don't want people confused on how that happened.  Honestly, just watch the play-throughs of people where everyone lives (except Zlatko, that bastard deserves to die)
