Jackie stood on a path way. She looked around; she was surrounded by glorious green hills and blue skies. Her eyes suddenly landed on the Pearl Gates and St Peter. She stood slightly shocked and placed her hands on her skirt. She froze, the material was so familiar. She titled her head down slowly and gasped, she was wearing the Pink Suit she’d worn in Dallas. She also noticed she wasn’t 64 she back at the age of 34, her mind was working overtime when she heard her name. “Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.” Jackie looked up at St Peter.
“Oh yes you’ve had a request, on you go.”
Jackie nodded timidly and walked slowly through the open gates. When they closed behind her she jumped. She gazed at her surroundings when her eyes met a face she hadn’t seen in 26 years. “Bobby?” Jackie spluttered.
“Jackie.” Bobby smiled. He walked up to his stunned sister in law and embraced her.
“W…where’s Jack?” Jackie asked.
“He’s waiting for you, he asked me to come and get you.”
Jackie smiled. “How have you been?”
“I’ve been great, how’s Ethel and the kids?”
“They’re wonderful.” Jackie replied as they began to walk along a stone path.
“And Rory?”
Jackie froze. “How do you know?”
“I know everything.”
“She’s adorable Bobby, she’s so like you.”
Bobby grinned. “I hoped you’d say that.”
When they reached a large water front mansion they stopped. “Well this is you Jackie.”
She stared at the house for a few moments before noticing a figure standing watching the waves. “Go on Jackie start your new life.” Bobby urged.
“What about you?”
“I’ll see you again soon.” Bobby replied.
“Good.” She hugged him and placed a kiss on his cheek. She turned from him and smoothed down the pink suit before heading into the garden.
As she approached the lone figure her heart began to race. When she reached him she stopped. “Jack?” Jackie asked timidly.
The figure turned round and faced her. “Jacqueline.”
Their eyes met quickly. Jackie’s lips were quivering. “J….Jack.”
“Oh Jackie.”
“Bunny.” Jackie said taking a step towards him. She placed her hands on his cheeks and slowly stroked his face with her thumbs. It was as if she was checking if he was real. She quickly brushed her lips against his kissing him deeply and passionately accepting his tongue happily. She felt elated. She was with the love of her life.
