She found her bathing suit and went into the bathroom to change into her bathing suit. She came out to see Bucky in his swimming trunks. "Someones' been to the tanning bed." he said
"Well how else do you think I stay tan for basketball season." she said
"Self tanner.. that's what Laney said she uses." he said
"Self tanner is to streaky. Just like a spray tan." she said
They found their way through the big house all the way down to the basement where the pool was. They found their siblings in the pool "Took you two long enough." Liam said
"Shut up we got lost." Bucky said
Caroline was replying to Brody's text and Bucky said " Hey.. he can wait we are getting in the pool" and he sat her phone down by his and he picked her up and she screamed as he threw her in the pool then jumped in behind her. She came back up and she gasped "Don't you do that again you know I hate that."
"Oh come on Caroline you are damn flyer on the cheer squad and you can't stand to be thrown in the pool." Bucky said
She looked at him and he said "Okay I'm sorry I won't do it again" as she swam away.
He swam after her and he said "Caroline come on i'm sorry."
"Just don't do it again." she said
"What's the matter?' he said
"Buck.." Brittany said
"What?' he said
"Two years ago at cheer camp one of the counselors did it to her and she almost drowned don't do it again." Brittany said
He looked at Caroline "You never told me that." he said
"He threw me in the deepest part of the pool Bucky and ever since then I have a fear of drowning so please don't throw me in the pool again." she said and he hugged her. "I'm so sorry I didn't know you never told me why you came home early that year." he said
They continued to play around in the pool with their siblings they played marco polo and then the boys wrestled around while the girls got into the hot tub. Then their parents joined in on the fun once they got back from the grocery store. They all had a lot fun family time in the pool playing chicken and another round of marco polo.
After they all got dried off and changed into dry clothes Winnie and Melanie made themselves a big glass of wine and made dinner. James and Carter turned on some music and started to dance with their wives in the kitchen.
"You better be careful or you four might have more babies. We all know what happens when you took a trip to Cabo we got us a Caroline and James" Liam said as all the kids came into the kitchen.
"Gross.. we don't want know when we were made" Caroline said
"Yeah really.. that is gross Liam." Bucky said
"What you don't know the story." Rebecca said
"Shut up" Winnie said
"They were done having babies for awhile then dad and Carter surprised them with a trip to Cabo for their anniversary and they came back and boom two months later they were pregnant with you two love birds." Rebecca said
"Gross.." Caroline said
"And we are not love birds. I have a girlfriend her name is Laney." Bucky said
"And I have a boyfriend his name is Brody." Caroline said
"Okay whatever you two say. We hear what people at school think about you two." Brittany said
They both rolled their eyes and said "We know too and we always correct them"
"Dinner will be ready in 20." Melanie said
"Okay." they all six said.
After they all ate dinner together they all headed down to the theatre room and watched Elf then they all went to bed.
