So....I have a new idea? Definitely not original but like, hey, everybody likes a little of something.
Namjoon groaned and looked at the time. It was currently 11 pm and his roommate has not come back yet. He was used to it as his roommate, Taehyung, was often at parties to have fun and get high, drunk, or both. Namjoon was not a total nerd, but he was a very relaxing guy and loved quiet. Ok, maybe he was a total nerd. He loved reading and quite enjoyed doing homework quietly in his room or in the library as well as outside.
He had just finished his homework and wanted to go to sleep, but wasn't in a sleep-tired type of way, so he grabbed his New favorite book, Gmorning, Gnight Little Pep Talks for You and Me by Lin Manuel Miranda. He read it often as it was a very unique book. Once he laid down comfortably on his bed, he heard a crash on the door. He groaned and knew it was Taehyung.
"Ugh, What the fuck," Namjoon said as he looked down at Taehyung. "Oh heeeeey PrettY~," Taehyung said. Namjoon just groaned and threw Taehyung onto his bed. "Can you stop getting drunk and high, this feels like a job," Namjoon said to Taehyung, but he started to whine. "Why Don't YoU liKe mEeEeEEeeeEE??" "Whatever, just don't throw up," Namjoon said as he guided Taehyung to the bathroom in case he did want to throw up.
Which he did.
"You disgusting person, ugh god how do you even do this shit?" Namjoon choked out as he saw Taehyung's bag full of cocaine and strong bottles of vodka. "It's so niceeeEeE~," Taehyung drunkenly says and Namjoon faked gagged at him. "Whatever, I don't care if you die," Namjoon said and suddenly Taehyung grabbed his hips from behind. Namjoon tried to get out of the sudden "hug" Taehyung was giving, but he couldn't even move an inch away.
"What the fuck Taehyung let me go!" Namjoon yelled. "Baby~~I know you don't mean that~" Taehyung said in Namjoon's ear, which was Namjoon's sensitive spot. But other than the really weird situation going on right now, Taehyung was right. Despite how much Namjoon is annoyed at him going to parties, having sex, and getting high, he did really care for his roommate because his roommate is his childhood friend.
"W-what- just let me go, you idiot!" Namjoon said and eventually, he got Taehyung off of him. "Awwwww whyyy do u no likeu meeee?" Taehyung happily said out in a fake whine. Namjoon just went back to his bed and started to slowly fall asleep. Before he was about to drown in tiredness and close his eyes, he heard someone familiar whisper in his ear, "I love you Namjoon, goodnight." He wanted to find out who said that, but his body overtook him and he finally fell asleep.
The next morning, he woke up to the blinding sun from his window. He really enjoyed the warm fuzzy feeling he got from closing his eyes and taking everything around him. He looked at his alarm and it said 6:29 am. It was a normal time for Namjoon to wake up. His school usually opened at eight, and he used this extra time to study, read or to write in his diary. He looked over to his roommate who was sleeping soundly. Although Taehyung seemed like a snorer, he actually wasn't for some reason. Namjoon only heard him snore once or twice.
Namjoon got up from his bed and stretched. After he had finished setting up his bed again, he went over to his desk and got out a very familiar cotton-candy Journal. He took out a pen and opened his book up to where the bookmark was. He then started to write.
Dear Diary,
Today, I feel like something good will happen, but I'm not so sure, as I'm not good at predictions. Yesterday, Taehyung had once again gone out to drink and have fun at these parties. I honestly do not see the point of them. They contain items that are used by underaged teens and they have illegal drugs in there as well. Taehyung sadly has an addiction. I want to help him get over it. Gradually, so it's less painful. But, for some reason, Taehyung acted weird yesterday. He kept doing weird things and whispering into my ear, which he knows is sensitive. Although I'm not sure, I think Taehyung was the one who had whispered into my ear last night right before I fell asleep. His voice is so unique, no mistaking it. It's loud, obnoxious, but very deep and sometimes peaceful when he talks slow and calmly. Once, I had heard Taehyung sing in our dorm right before I entered the room. It was of our favorite song, Spring day. It sounded beautiful and calming when Taehyung sang it. I remember I accidentally dropped my phone and he realized I was there and didn't look at me the whole day, as his face was embarrassingly red. It gives me the joy to remember that. Another thing I remember is when Taehyung was talking to his friends once and I overheard him saying, "I don't know what it is! He gives me a weird feeling in my chest!" I'm not sure what he had meant by that, but it probably isn't important. I sometimes look at Taehyung while he is sleeping. It's nice to see his annoying face calm. Somehow, this reminds me. When I overheard Taehyung say that, I had a weird feeling in my chest as well. It kinda hurt. Is it a childhood friend thing? I'm not sure about many things, but I hope to find out soon enough. Well, I guess this is it for today.
