3 Months later

You woke up and saw Olivers suit hanging on the wardrobe door. You suddenly remembered what day is was.

Your sisters Funeral...

You blamed yourself for what happened. If only you weren't so preoccupied with Oliver. If only you had listened to your mental yet panicked mother that one Sunday afternoon. Elizabeths death hit you like a ton bricks as you spent most your childhood together.

"Oliver!" You shouted from the bedroom.

You didn't want to go and face your family with a handsome Psychopath as your plus one. They didn't know about Oliver as they just assumed you lived by yourself and you desperately wanted to keep it that way.

You loved him dearly but couldn't face your judgemental father and your mentally ill mother.

Your father had converted their basement into a sort of living space and it was completely soundproof so the neighbours couldn't hear her screams at night. The thought of her in a place like Briarcliff scared the whole family so they vowed to keep it a secret. You loved her but you hated to see the condition she's in.

Oliver came into the bedroom half naked and started putting on his suit.

"aren't you going to get ready" he smiled sympathetically.

You muttered a maybe under you breath and rolled out of bed. Might as well get today over and done with.

"I'll always be here for you, never forget that. I know today is hard but you're strong and i'll hep you get through this." He placed his hand on your cheek and planted a small kiss on your nose that gave you butterflies in your stomach.

You knew he meant everything he just said and that's why you loved him, serial killer or not, he was still your Oliver Threadson.

You put on that black dress he liked and headed out the door. You were sad but glad he was with you as you felt safe around him even though he could snap and you'd be yet another Skinned and headless woman found down a country road somewhere.

Oliver kissed you before closing the car door and getting in the drivers side. You closed your eyes and listened to the soothing smooth jazz playing quietly on the radio.

"I cant wait for this day to be over" you thought to yourself as the car pulled off and drove into the early morning fog.
