Today, was finally the first day of classes. Over the last few days, the club captains hadn't been chasing me, so I hoped that my first lesson of PE would be ok. I had it first up today, and thankfully Blake was in all my classes, so at least I there was someone I knew.
As Blake and I headed towards the changing rooms for PE, I began to freak out. I was going to have to change in a single room, filled with other guys. This was really bad; what if I was found out? I mean, I was used to changing around a whole lot of people with no privacy, but that was when I was attending an all girls school. Now, I was in an all guys school posing as my brother. This was very bad.
"You alright?" Blake asked, stripping off his shirt beside me.
I avoiding looking at his bare chest and nodded.
"Yeah I'm fine, no need to worry," I replied.
"Well hurry up alright? We don't want to be late," he said.
"Yeah that’s true," I mumbled.
I sighed and took off my tie. I had just begun unbuttoning my shirt when another pair of hands slipped their way around my waist and hugged me tight.
"Hey!" I growled, trying to squirm out of the persons grip. "Let me go!"
"But you're just so cute!" Kalem replied.
I groaned.
"Kalem, let me go or I will be late for my first class! And what the hell are you doing here anyway? You aren't a first year!" I snapped.
"Didn't you know? Third year and first year both have PE at this time!" he said happily.
"Let him go Kalem," Patrick sighed, leaning against the lockers beside us. "The poor kid is going to get detention on his first day,"
"But-!" Kalem began to argue.
"No 'buts' Kalem, let him go," Patrick ordered with a cold glare.
"OK," Kalem sighed sadly, releasing me. "At least let me help him get undressed," he added, reaching towards me.
"No!" I shouted, scaring Kalem a little. "I can do it myself, I'm not a child!"
"You say that, but why are you blushing?" he grinned.
Crap, I was blushing?! Damn it! It was his own fault for suddenly reaching out towards my chest! I'm a girl for god’s sake! Even though everyone here thought I was a guy and that my reaction was weird, I was really a girl, so how else was I going to react?
"Third years! Hurry up and get warmed up!" someone shouted.
"I guess we part here," Kalem said sadly, stroking my cheek with his hand. "But we will meet again,"
God, my life was really complicated, wasn't it? I sighed and quickly finished getting undressed and threw on the sports uniform which consisted on a white shirt with two blue stripes on the sleeves and collar, and the school emblem on the right sleeve, and a pair of black shorts and sneakers. Blake and I then dashed out onto the field and finished warming up with the rest of the class.
"Alright, split into four groups and be quick about it!" our teacher snapped.
He was an incredibly scary man with bleached hair that stuck up at odd angles, light green eyes and a very scary expression. His arms and legs were coated in an impossible amount of muscle and he was also rather tall. He gave of the impression that if you did something wrong, he would throw you into a pit with hungry lions and crocodiles and laugh at you while you were ripped to shreds...
The scariest thing though, had to be his name; Mr Slaughter.
We scrambled into groups fairly quickly despite the fact several people had fought over who had me in the group. I ended up sticking with Blake and everyone fell silent.
