There Comes A Time

Chapter 3: Revelations

Authors Note: This chapter will be a flashback of what is happening within the story, I will be continuing the story from then on, but adding a filler is to answer some of the context that you may have read

<Flashback Eren POV>

Eren was out doing Titan Training with Hange and the rest of the Levi Squad, they were in a enclosed area on the South of Wall Rose, the training was mainly for Erens Titan abilities and see if he can fully control it, plus learning how to harden his body as well.

The training lasted for 45 Minutes and still no luck at Eren hardening his Titan. He had full control of his Titan but no luck at Hardening it.

Hange: "That's enough training for today........ I've gathered all the information I could about Eren's Power, but we still continue trying." Hange said.

Eren: "No please Mrs Hange, I want to continue the training" a weak Eren said.

Hange: "Your in no condition to train........ Take a weeks break and we'll continue the next session once you recover"

Mikasa and Armin aided Eren in taking him back to the Cabin, his body was in a slump, he had a pale look on his face, all he needed was a long term break until he gets back on his feet.

<Eren Timeskip>

After a long restful week Eren was back on his feet and looked very much alive, he was ready for more Titan training but it had to be postponed for an odd reason, Eren seemed confused so he went to Hange's room. He knocked on the door and entered it after Hange allowed him to come in.

Eren: "Mrs Hange San, I'm ready for more Training, I feel better now......."

Hange: "I'm afraid their won't be any training today *cough* *cough* you see I err........" a pale and weak Hange said.

Eren: "Please Mrs Hange San, please don't speak anymore, I didn't know you were sick, please forgive me for the intrusion" Eren said.

Eren immediately walked out of Hange's room and left the whole base to give her some time and space to recover from her sickness. He was alone at that time, as the rest of the Levi Squad was out on a Mission.

While venturing back to the Cabin Eren notices Reiner and Bertholdt along the way and they asked him to stop for a minute.

Reiner: "Eren you gotta a minute?....."

Eren: "Yeah what's up?..."

Reiner: "Listen we can't talk here but you gotta trust Bertholdt and I"

Eren had a confused look on his face and was wondering why Reiner said that, then out of the Blue Eren felt a hard and faintful punch on his stomach *Tchhhh* the punch was very hard as Eren lost consciousness. Bertholdt and Reiner were scouring the area, checking to see if anyone noticed them.

Reiner and Bertholdt take Eren to an old abondend looking barn on the outskirts of the City, no one had ever dared to go there due to hearing rumours about Ghosts (AN: I couldn't think of anything else ha ha)

A few hours later Eren woke up tied to a chair, he was looking round the room to notice if anyone was around.
Immediately a beam of Light shone through the broken hole in the ceiling and standing in front of him was Reiner and Bertholdt with both their arms folded.

Eren: "Heyyyy what the fucks going on?!?" Eren said with such venom.

Reiner: "I had a feeling you may react like this but let us explain"

Bertholdt: "Eren just agree to what Reiner says and we'll let you go..."

Eren: "I don't have to listen to anything you two say, untie me right now......"

Eren was in pure anger, a vein of his was about to pop but he eventually calmed down.

Reiner: "Listen Eren there's a reason why we done this, there's some information that you need to know and there's something we must claim"

Eren: "What the hell are you on about? If you wanted to tell me something then why didn't you huh?"

Reiner: "You see Eren me and Bertholdt aren't from here, we are from a different nation, just across the ocean........"

Eren: "A different nation!!!!!"

Reiner/Bertholdt Together: "We are from a Nation called Marley."

'Wtf', Eren thought, 'Have these two been hit on the head? Has Annie done something to these two as well?' Eren thought.

Reiner: "Eren you need to trust us, we were sent here to do our Mission and we can't leave without accomplishing it. The reason why we're here is that we need to recover this thing called the Cordinate"

Eren: "And you guys believe that tying me up will answer your question in where this 'Cordinate' is"

Bertholdt: "Eren this isn't going to sound easy, but the Cordinate resides inside of you........ Why do you think the Female Titan ambushed the first Levi Squad! Annie was out there to kidnap you"

Eren couldn't believe what he was hearing, he refused to believe that he held some ancient power, but he was a bit confused as to how the Titans followed his order when they were attacked Via there training as Rookie's.

Reiner: "Eren this is going to sound crazy but we need you to come back with us to Marley, more blood doesn't have to be shed in Eldia. But this is the only way."

Eren: "Hold up, so your telling me to leave everything behind and go with you two, to this so called Marley Nation?!?

Reiner/Bertholdt Together: "Yes"

Reiner: "Remember Eren, this is the only way to handle things now, this deal of ours we'll only stay between the three of us, we'll let you go for now but have some time to think about it, give up the Cordinate, no one dies, take any longer with your decision and we won't hesitate to kill you and take you away." (Foreshadowing the kidnapping in the first chapter)

Eren looked down at his feet, he was at a tight rope and felt as if he couldn't do anything, he didn't want anymore of his comrades die out there, he had seen enough corpses for one day.

Eren: "Okay, give me a week or two I'll give you my final answer, but first I need to do something before I go along with you two, the Cellar in my home I need to get to that first"

Reiner: "What's so important about that anyway?....."

Eren: "That's none of your concern, let me do what I have to and then we'll have a deal, agreed"

Reiner: "Fine you got yourself a deal Yeager, but only two weeks and no more, if you still haven't given us your answer, then we'll take you by force."

Eren: *cough* *sneeze* "Fine......................"

Out of the Blue Reiner gave Eren a massive punch to his face, enough to make him lose consciousness, they took him out of the Abandoned Barn and took him back to his Cabin room.

Later on Eren woke up with pain on his face, 'Could that have been real, or was it just a dream' Eren thought.

He knew what he had to do, in the space of two weeks, Eren wrote down a letter first and left it in his secret stash. Eren was thinking about the deal he made with Reiner and Bertholdt, he can't go back on his word otherwise they'll kidnap him.

Eren put both of his hands on the side of his face and looked down and was struggling on what he had to do. But there was only one answer that crossed his mind.
