Chapter 4: Memories

Authors Note: Hi everyone, I would like to say thank you to people who've viewed this Fan Fic of mine, even if it is a little people I don't care, I'm just flattered that you guys chose to read my Story, however the story continues with Chapter 4, Enjoy.

<Mikasa POV>

'I had just finished up my search for Eren, I feel exhausted and I need to ly down for a bit and continue my search for him later. I realised that Eren is actually serious about this one. Normally he would always ask me and Armin to accompany him, where his best Friends for crist sake, I really want to be by his Side no matter what, I want to express my feelings for him.'

Mikasa had just finished up her breather break and went back into the Boys Cabin, she notices Armin standing there with a white piece of paper, he stared back at Mikasa with such worry and despair.

Mikasa: "What's wrong Armin?!?......... Why are you crying?" Mikasa said.

Armin didn't even reply he just kept on looking at Mikasa, he stepped forward a bit and lifted his hand in the direction of Mikasa. His hand containing the enclosed letter.

Armin: "Read ttthis.....lletttterrr" a stuttering and worried Armin said.

Mikasa took the white piece of paper and opened it up, it revealed to be a letter in Eren's Handwriting and Grammar. She started reading it. Few seconds after Mikasa's eyes were widening up even more, her eyes started to fill up with Tears and she started to quiver on the ground she was standing on.

She immediately left the Boys Cabin and went outside in a hurry, she looked up at the dark sky.

Mikasa: "ERENNNNNNNNNNNNNNN" she screamed. She fell to the floor and started to cry even more, Armin came out and immediately consoles her and comforts her.

Armin: "I know Mikasa, that's how I felt at first, but remember we still need to find him. "

Mikasa held onto the Warm Red Scarf that Eren gave to her when they first met. She remembers it well. Eren confronted the three people who kidnapped Mikasa that killed both of her parents.

<Mikasa Flashback>

Young Eren: "You guys don't deserve to live, Die, Die, DIEEEEEE" a young Eren Yeager said, he was stabbing the kidnappers without any hesitation.

A young and helpless Mikasa was looking on with a little blood stain on the side of her lip.

Immediately there was a Third Person who had surprised Eren and grabbed him by his neck and proceeded to suffocate him.

Young Eren: "Heyyy take...... him.... out....... Kill or be killed..........Fight for your life......... Its the only way....... The only way to live is to Fighttt..........." Eren said, while being suffocated.

Kidnapper No.3: "I'm going to kill you, you little bastard"

Young Mikasa grabs the knife that was on the floor and picked it up she was struggling to even flinch, or even make a move, Erens words however  were driving her on and was pushing her forward even more, she felt a little shock in her head as her Ackerman Instincts started to awaken, she pressed down with her left foot and broke the wooden floor beneath her, she ran into the kidnapper with full force, with the knife as well in her hand. She gouged the Kidnapper with the knife and killed him saving Erens life.

Moments later Grisha Yeager, found the two and immediately consoles them, he was furious at Eren for taking matters into his own hands.

Grisha: "Eren what on earth were you thinking?!? You could've been killed"

Young Eren: "They would've killed her, if it wasn't for me"

Grisha sighed at Eren and hugs him again. Mikasa on the other hand couldn't even contemplate on what just happened.

Young Mikasa: "Mr Yeager, I don't know what to do....... I don't have anywhere to go anymore" a sad Mikasa said.

Eren notices and goes towards her, he takes of his scarf and wraps it around Mikasa.

Young Eren: "Here....... Its Warm Right?"

Mikasa eyes widens even more and started crying. Grisha on the other hand consoles Mikasa and tells her something.

Grisha: "Mikasa you can come live with us, we live in the city and you'll be safe there"

Young Eren: "Well let's go home" Erens tugs on the cardigan that she was wearing.

Young Mikasa: "........ Thank You.........." Mikasa said.

<End of Flashback>

This was one of the flashbacks that Mikasa was thinking about, it was a memory of hers that she never wanted to let go. From then on she stayed by Eren's side and even got him out of trouble on most occasions.

'I hope we find him soon, I need to make sure his safe, without me I have no will to live, this world of ours is very cruel and yet so beautiful' Mikasa was thinking and being lost in her thoughts.

Mikasa snaps back into reality and sees Armin along with Jean, Connie, Sasha, Historia, as well as Erwin, Hange and the person she despises the most Levi.

Historia: "You okay Mikasa"

Mikasa: "Getting there, but thanks anyway for asking"

Erwin: "Okay back to business, we will split up into groups, Levi you Hange and your group will go into the city to look for Eren, remember if you see Reiner and Bertholdt do not hesitate, kill them and bring them in, we know that there Titans, they'll recover anyway"

Levi: "What happens when we find Eren?"

Erwin: "I'm sure you have a lot of questions to ask him, but for now we focus on the task at hand, our Main Objective is to recover Eren" Erwin said.

Armin: "Mikasa we should give them the letter, we already know where he is going" Armin said.

Mikasa: "Me and you we'll go find him, this will be our separate job"

Armin: "Okay, let's do it"

The rest of the Survey Corps were already suited up in their Manoeuvring Gear and were ready to immobolise.

The whole Survey Corps were ready and had a lot of Wanted Posters in their possession, they left the base and spread out in their designated groups, their task at hand was to find Eren and bring him back before its too late.

Mikasa and Armin on the other hand were on their own Mission, Mikasa and Armin knew where Eren was going to be, the Key played a part in this whole mess.

'Eren we are coming to find you there's no way I'm letting you go, we've come this far as Rookie's from Training to joining the Survey Corps, I just hope you didn't already make up your mind, and if you did there's no way I would allow it to happen, stay Safe, me and Armin are Coming For You!!'
