"Babe, wake up! I don't care if it's five in the morning!" Patrick shook me awake.
I rolled over, "No."
"Hmm... no surprise then." He sat back.
I sat up and rubbed my eyes, "What surprise?"
He smiled, "Before all that shit happened, I was listening to the radio and they gave specific times to text or call..."
"Yeah?" I asked sleepily.
He looked down and fiddled with the blanket a little, "Well... they were giving away concert tickets and I won."
My eyes widened and I lost all sleepiness. "Who's concert?" I asked.
He smiled, "Now keep in mind that these tickets come with meet and greet passes. Meaning you'll meet the band members."
I smiled, "Who's the band?"
He smirked, "You're too tired! You don't wanna know!"
"No?"
"I mean.. I'd thought, though... that you'd want to come see this band with me."
"I haven't been on any social media or even turned on the radio in the past week." I said.
"Then you don't know about the Green Day concert that's coming up."
My eyes widened, "NO!" I basically screamed.
He smiled, "Yes,"
"Oh my gosh, baby! That's so amazing!" I cried, jumping up and hugging him.
"I have more than one ticket." He said.
"How many?"
"I can ask the amount. We can take the guys and Marie. Or we can go just the two of us."
"What do you want to do?"
"This is for you." Was all he said.
"But you won them..."
"Again... for you." He laid back and examined his nails.
"Well.., how about... no... I don't know, Patrick."
"Think about it. You have until the twenty first."
"Oh."
"Yeah..."
"Still not enough time."
"Oh well... better start thinking."
There was a knock at the door.
"I got it!" I ran down stairs and opened the door.
Taylor quickly wiped a tear away, "Hey, Pete... uh... I was just here to say bye... uh..." she looked down, "...you won't have to worry about me bothering you anymore. And you can tell Patrick that too."
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Pfft!" She waved her hand, "Of course I'm okay."
"Are you sure? And Taylor where are you going?" I asked. Why am I suddenly worried about my boyfriend's bully?
"Yeah... I'm sure... but... uh... I don't really know."
"What do you mean, you don't know?"
"Look, Pete. This is just me saying goodbye. You really don't have to worry. I'll find Some place."
"Are you running away?" I asked.
"I wish..." she muttered.
I was confused.
