Chapter 5 - Who am I?

Taehyung's POV

"제가 있는 곳은 어디입니까?" (Where am I?) Taehyung shouts at the doctor. He feels bad for being abrupt, but at the moment he honestly doesn't care. It's not everyday you wake up and are in another person's body.
The doctor stares wide eyed in shock and raises his eyebrows. "Mary! Mary! Get me my recorder! Please quick!" The nurse behind the man runs out the room in a flash like fashion and comes back with a recorder. The doctor presses a button and places it on the table counter facing Taehyung.
"Are the cameras on?"
"Yes," The woman replies.
"Good."
The man clears his throat and writes something down on his notepad.
"Hello, I'm Mr.Kim. What is your name?"
Taehyung is shocked even more. He speaks English? Where is he? Is he not in South Korea?
The man pulls a stool and slowly sits down. He reveals perfectly straight white pearly teeth with his smile. Why is he smiling?
Taehyung just wants to find a huge corner and cry. He starts to hyperventilate and hates how heavy his chest is when it goes up and down. How can women handle the weight of breasts?
Taehyung appreciates their ability to do so, but it doesn't mean he wants to have them.
The man laughs and looks at the nurse.
"So miss y/n was successful, and she did it with a famous person. I'm so proud of her. That's my girl!" The nurse rolls her eyes. She goes over to the recorder and turns it off.
"Sir, you do realize that she switched her conscious with a celebrity. How long before the media finds out? This was supposed to be an experiment that was conducted in secret." She turns back on the recorder and takes a step back.
The man seems to realize the reality of the situation.
"Oh my!"
He snaps his fingers at her. "We need to find her. Quick look up where Kim Taehyung is and let's track her down."
Taehyung is shocked that the man just said his name. Does he know who he is? How is that possible? What is going on?
Taehyung points to himself and slowly mouths each syllable. "Kim Tae-Hyung." He repeats himself. "Me is Kim Tae-Hyung."
The man laughs and applauds.
"You my friend are looking at the future. Generations from now your name will be in the children's textbooks. It will be about the great y/n and Kim Taehyung. They will remember your names and always be thankful that you were the guinea pigs." The man laughs.
"Mary!" The nurse looks at him. "Yes Mr.Kim?"
The man grins. "Get me a Korean translator."
Mary nods her head. "Of course."
"Hold on," Mr.Kim stops her from going out the door. He turns off the recorder and looks at her.
"Do you know what I smell Mary?"
"What is that sir?"
Mr.Kim smirks. "I smell money."
He gets up and kisses the cheek of Taehyung leaving Taehyung disgusted. He wipes the saliva of the man off his cheek. And then that's when he notices something else. This isn't his skin. This isn't his face. The shape, and texture are not his. This isn't his long sharp jawline or his clear smooth skin or his eyebrows or his eyelashes or his nose or his lips. This isn't him.
The man laughs again. "You my friend are going to make me very rich."
Taehyung doesn't understand, but he does know that this guy isn't friendly or sincere. He's rude and selfish. Taehyung can just sense it.
"Ya! 제가 있는 곳은 어디입니까?" (Where am I?) Taehyung asks again. The man laughs and claps his hands.
He pulls out a phone and types in something. Then he plays what he wrote through google translate.
"안녕하세요," (Hello).
Taehyung smiles. "네. 안녕하세요!" (YES. Hello!). Taehyung cheers at the fact that the man knows he is Korean.
So Taehyung asks another question. "Who me?"
The man laughs and types something else. "당신은 내 친구예요," (You are my friend).
Taehyung shakes head. "왜?" (Why?).
The man laughs for like the one hundredth time and walks out the room.
"You are going to make me very very rich my friend."
With that he grabs the recorder and presses a different button. Something in Taehyung's head stings and he soon falls down on the ground. He goes to sleep.

Mr.Kim smiles and writes in his notepad.
