Ulfric (deceased), in my story he has Unrelenting Force Lvl 4, the upgrade in Solstheim or Apocrypha teaches the MC how to obliterate some opponents.
The other shouts are fire and ice. The Lvl 4 fire shout creates fire wraiths to aid you (OP as hell).
