"Okay Quinn, it's your first day of junior year. Remember be nice to Caleb" my mom tells me again. "Mom I know you've told me already." I swiftly retort. Harmony Vale High School, school for heirs and heiress and royals in general.
I just dread the first day. Every time someone arrives. By car, jet or motorbike they announce your name and your title. Being the Princess has its benefits.
One of which was getting my license at 15 instead of 16. I have one lovely maid, her name is Mallory. She's worked here for 3 years and she's currently 18 she's like my big sister.
Anyways reminiscing aside I step into my Volkswagen Buggy while Caden gets into the Ryder, our chauffeurs limo. Cupid (3) and Peter (7) are in Harmony Vale Day care and Harmony Vale Elementary school.
I head off the school wearing our required attire for "special occasions". Apparently the first day of school is as important as picture day and the ball.

Normally we have to wear a dress and heals or flats, but it doesn't have to be fancy. The boys have to wear dress shorts/pants and a pollo/collard shirt but on fancy days they wear their black suit with their badges and kingdom on them.
I finally arrive and I somehow get out of the car without tripping. Did I mention I'm clumsy...
Anyways I walk in and take my schedule from the main office and get in the entrance line that is thankfully only a few people long.
I hear "Welcome, Senior Lance Kai 2nd in line for Kingdom of Tylla" and one person walk through the door. A few people later I'm only 2nd in line to go in now, the nerves set in.
"Welcome, Freshman Olivia Zara 4th in line for Kingdom of Vera" she walks through the door after her name is called. Oh no it's my turn. I wonder if James will be in there? He's one of two boys in my friend group of 5 the other two are girls.
Firstly theirs me. Secondly theirs Anastasia Leia, she's 16 and 6th in line for the Kingdom of Aiko. Then there's Otto Philip he's 15 and 3rd in line for the Kingdom of Kaven. Then there's James Spencer he's 16 and 2nd in line for the Kingdom of Adelaide.
Lastly theirs Natalia Roxanne she's 17 and is 1st in line for the Kingdom of Zena. And of course my little brother- well twin, Calum. The annoying thing about royals is the higher in succession the more respect you get.
Snapping out of my daze I hear "A warm welcome to Junior Quinn Collette 1st in line to the Kingdom of Agnes" I put my shoulders back and stand up straight as the doors open in front of me. I step through the door and now into a curtsy.
I stand up and search for my friends ready for the day to be over already.
