I glance down at Cupid and go to tousle his hair but remember that has to stay neat. I hear them call Peter, the doors shut once again.

"Can you carry me pwease?" Cupid asks. I smile and bend over and puck him up, I place him on my hip. I glance up at James and see him already looking down at me and smiling.

They call Cupid through the door and we step towards the door. "Okay Cupid remember to smile at everyone and when you get to the bottom of the stairs take a bow like we practiced, okay?" One of the guards asks him.

"I know" he says as I set him back down and take his hand.

"Please welcome Prince Cupid Charles and, for their first public appearance together, Princess Quinn Colette and Prince James Kennedy!" They announce and the doors open.

I let go of Cupid's hand and he walks in front of us. We walk down the stairs at a slow pace, taking in the room and all the people.

My people.

I smile and wave as we walk down the stairs. We reach the bottom and Cupid takes a small, rushed bow and then walks over to our family.

James takes a bow as I take a deep curtsey. We straighten up and smile and look around the room before walking over to the table. We walk over to my spot at the table, James pulls out my chair for me at the head of the table and I sit down and place the napkin on my lap.

James sits to my right and Calum, Peter and Cupid sit to my left. My aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents fill in the rest of the table. My mom sits at the head of the table opposite of me.

When I take the throne, my mom, my brothers, their future wife's and any of their future kids plus any of my future kids will sit at the table. My mom actually had a small amount of kids compared to most Royal family's.

Your required to have your first born child take the throne if they choose to at age 12 to start training. A second child to be a back up heir and a kingdom ambassador. A third child to be a kingdom ambassador.

So once Calum and I turn 18 he will automatically be part of my staff and same with Peter once he turns 18. Poor Cupid will just have the tittle of Prince with no special job or duty.

Anyways back to the ceremony we wait for a few more people to arrive before James and I stand up for our speech. We will be announcing Mallory's pregnancy, James and I's wedding date, welcoming everyone and lastly announcing something that has never been done in the history of this kingdom.

We walk up the the microphone, "Hello everyone! I hope your having a great evening so far. Remember to place your orders as soon as you can and we have a few announcements" I say before letting James step up.

"Yes, Hello and welcome! Princess Quinn and I will be getting married on December 12th!" He pauses as everyone claps and smiles.

"The wedding ceremony will be for family and friends and invite only at 1pm. The crowning ceremony will be held in this room at 3:45pm and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. The wedding ceremony will be held in this also be held in this room from 5pm to 11pm." He says.

"Dress code for the event will be fancy but no one may wear navy, green or white. laddies no ballgowns please and that's all. Also everyone the age of 13 and under will be able to take a picture with James and I at the wedding ceremony." I say and watch all the moms excitedly turn to their kids.

"I have some exiting news! My wonderful maid and maid of honor for my wedding, Mallory is engaged and will be getting married this weekend! She is also expecting a baby!" I happily announce. Everyone claps and smiles.

"Okay we have two surprises actually for everyone. Only Princess Quinn, her wonderful assistant, Steph and I know this. Firstly, we will be visiting the Royal Middle School and Elementary school as well as the towns Middle School and Elementary School." James says.

"Yes! So we found out that a lot of kids don't know a lot about being a member of a royal family. We wanted to teach everyone that and we have a few fun things we're wanting to show the kids." I say excitedly.

"So we will be visiting each school 2 times a year. Each time we visit we have a gift that will relate to what we taught them during the lesson. Okay thank you everyone and please feel free to dance until food is served" James finish's.

I curtsey and he bows and we sit back down at the table. "That was wonderful good job to both of you! Your going to be wonderful rulers" my grandma tells me.

I smile and glance at my mom, she smiles at me with a happy look in her eyes.
