Chapter 23

I wake up and still feel him pressed against me. Wait is that a spider?

As soon as I realize what it is I jump up and move a few inches away. That's definitely a spider. God he's such a deep sleeper I literally just threw his arm.

I shake him awake and giggle a little bit when he groggily rubs his eyes. He grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him. I squealed and I felt his hands dance across my stomach and sides.

I started laughing and kicking and rolling around trying to escape his brutal attack. He grabbed my wrists and pinned them together above my head in one of his hands.

His feet kept my legs from moving and his free hand continued its assault on my stomach. I laughed over and over screaming for him to let me go.

He finally releases his hold on me and lets go. I smack his chest and he laughs "Your weak Quinn" he teases with a smile.

"Okay we should head back to your castle so I can drop you off and head home. Also not to stress you out but we get to start wedding planning" he says with a smile.

"I can't wait!" I say while unzipping the tent.

I walk into the sitting room and see everyone sitting there smiling. I've noticed that the renovations I ordered are almost done which means that everyone will be moving out soon.

My brothers and mom are all gonna leave me. But I get James.

I will always have James.

"I'm so happy hunny but your assistant Steph is waiting for us in the meeting room" she says ushering me upstairs.

"Hello everyone, sorry I'm late. What's on the agenda?" I ask sitting down at he head of the table.

"Hello your highness, we have where your family will stay after you take the throne, announcing your engagement, wedding planning, kingdom announcement system, when Prince James will move in and the next ball."

"Oh good a small schedule! Okay so my mother and brothers may move into a home of their choosing, with all future and current expenses covered by the kingdom" I say.

Everyone starts jotting down notes.

"As for announcing the engagement we should contact James' kingdom and have James and I announce it to both kingdoms together. Wedding planning I'm just going to do with Mrs. Jennie (our accountant), Mrs. Steph (my assistant), my mother and James." I announce.

"As for the announcement system I love it but we need something to make it a little bit more interesting. Maybe some sort of trivia or something. We should talk to the producers."

"James will move in as soon as possible after the engagement announcement is made. The next ball we should announce tomorrow as well as my engagement. The next ball should be about three weeks away. Mrs. Steph what would be a good date?" I ask.

"Ummmm we could do October 20th or 27th or we could do a Halloween themed party on the 31st." She said.

"Okay let's do a ball on the 20th from 6pm to 10pm and a Halloween party on the 31st from 7pm to 12pm."

"For the ball suits and dresses only. for the Halloween party, nothing vulgar but other than that whatever is fine. Anyone that would like to may comment or suggest" I finished.

"For wedding planning would you like a professional planner?" Someone asked.

"Yes, that would be lovely" I respond.

No one else said anything.

"Wonderful we're on Air tomorrow night at 6pm and I will do announcements instead of my mother. Everyone is dismissed, thank you" I finish standing up.
