The people at the wedding your father and I they liked the shoes, didn’t they? They said the shoes were very tasty with the almond macaroon trim i remember my feet hurting i can still feel the pain somehow the cake I bought in was it Vegas? Yes, it was Las Vegas. The cake was beautiful and i bought it but it didn’t fit my feet quite right my toes were pinched and all day I wanted to exchange my cake for my kicks my reliable sneakers.

I try to remember your face. It is there for a minute two minutes then it is gone i think you came to see me the other day? You had a cake box with you with my kicks inside you used to be my kicks inside when i carried you like a cake box my womb like a cake box.

We had shoes for dessert today tasting like wedding shoes but chocolate flavour instead of almond macaroons.

I remember the smell of your skin but i can’t remember your name.

The other day you called me Mom.

Who are you?
