Arthit walked up to Prem as he sat at a table with Knott, Bright, and Tutah.

He hadn't wanted to be here because while the other two were on Arthit's side, Knott, no matter how indifferent he tried to be, was going to be on Prem's side.

The study group was supposed to be here to help Prem understand everything that they've been working on up until now and to make sure that he would be focused enough for the semester finals.

In collaboration with Kong, Knott had gotten Prem to come study while Kongpob had managed to get Wad aggressive enough to show him some killer basketball moves before the official faculty team started their season in the spring.

"Prem..."

Prem's head snapped around to look Arthit in the eye, his already annoyed mood turning worse.

"Knott? Was this your plan?" he asked bitterly, looking at his friend angrily, "You set up this whole thing so I could talk with him? After what he said to me?"

Knott opened his mouth to reply when Prem grabbed his backpack and stood up, starting to walk away.

"Prem, I didn't know," Arthit spoke quickly, grabbing Prem's arm as he walked toward the door, "I was wrong. I'm sorry."

"I hate you," Prem replied, "Everything that you said was wrong!"

"I realize that now but--"

"You can't just think I'm on drugs every time I get new friends," Prem argued, "I thought you knew me better than that, we've been friends for years now."

Arthit took in a deep breath.

He knew that he couldn't rely on Knott for helping him out because Knott had said that even though he forgave Arthit for what he said, he wasn't here to help Prem change his mind.

He looked at Prem with the most sincerity in his eyes that he'd shown to Prem, almost ever.

"Prem, I am sorry for what I said," he spoke, "It was uncalled for and I was stressed out and frustrated--"

"Because you couldn't admit that you liked Kongpob?" Prem interrupted, "It's not a secret, Arthit. We all see the way that he looks at you, P'King can even see it."

"Wait...P'King? How are you that close to him?" Arthit questioned, wondering how anyone could get anywhere close to a friend with King if they weren't born in the right family with the right inner circle.

Prem rolled his eyes.

"P'King doesn't matter, Arthit, that's not the point," Prem spoke.

He was tired of this, of going in circles and only Knott understood.

Prem didn't care about the sincerity in the eyes of Arthit. Everything that he said was played like a broken record in his mind and he wanted to get away from Arthit every time he saw him.

"The hazing ceremonies are over, so the hazing team doesn't matter. Finals are in two weeks. The senior thanking ceremony was four days ago. It's been almost two months since you said those horrid things," Prem spoke calmly, "Grow up, Arthit. Leave me and Wad alone, we don't want anything to do with you."

Prem left the room.

Knott wasn't surprised but Bright and Tutah looked like they wanted to cry. The last person they expected to "grow up" first was Prem, they barely anticipated him growing up at all.

Prem was sick of their antics, he had Wad to look after now and he couldn't be the same Prem that everyone knew.

He had to be an adult and while he was the least prepared for it out of the entire group, he seemed to be the only one that didn't have an issue with change.
