Seonghwa put his plan into action a few days later. Hongjoong had hidden inside his room since they had eaten dinner together and only came out to grap some food or to go to the toilet. When Seonghwa knocked on Hongjoong's door he thought the leader was just ignoring the knock but after the third knock the key in the lock turned and a click sound was heard. Seonghwa was relieved, Hongjoong didn't ignore his members. The door opened only a gap and the older could see the tired and miserable face of the younger one through the tiny slit. "May I come in?" asked Seonghwa.
Hongjoong didn't answer and just left the door to go further into the darkness inside his room. Seonghwa took that as a yes and walked inside. He turned the lights on and saw how the older scrunched his face because of the brightness. A little sorry escaped Seonghwa's lips as he sat down on the leader's desk chair. After recovering from the brightness Hongjoong looked at Seonghwa. As he didn't talk the younger started. "What do you want? Please stop staring at me!"
"Can you please tell me why you hide in your room and cry all day?" asked Seonghwa. After a few minutes of silence Hongjoong finally started talking, telling the older that he suspects San and Wooyoung hiding something from him and that he can't find out what it is. Revealing that he has discovered them in ambiguous situations where they would have behaved in a weird way afterwards, the secret looks both of them exchanged and the exclusive fanservice when San kissed Wooyoung's cheek and they reacted as if it was the most natural thing in the world. Or that one time where San's Shiber plushie sat on Wooyoung's nightstand at night altough he doesn't leave it alone. Hongjoong wanted to know the truth and he only knew one way to get it.
"If you can't answer my questions then I will have to start a group meeting and get them to talk!" Hongjoong answered firmly.
Seonghwa panicked inside but could keep a straight and serious expression to not create even more suspicion. But before Seonghwa could say something he was shoven out of the room and locked out. Looking confused he let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding. "I can't prevent that. If he does something, he pulls it through. He is already too determined to reveal their secret" Seonghwa whispered to himself after leaving to go to his own room to get some sleep. He is concerned as what that meeting will bring. He just hopes that nobody will mind and everyone accepts the couple's love for each other if they decide to reveal their relationship.
