The Babysitter (Jenlisa x Chaelisa x Chaesoo)

Chaeyoung's POV

I was in my office looking over my students recent projects. Lisa had called me about 30 minutes ago to give me an update on Leo. My poor little boy, Lisa said he went to sleep as soon as they got back. I should really stop worrying, Lisa is a good parent and she can handle him by herself. A knock on my door pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Come in." 

I looked up and it was one of my best students, Kim Jisoo, who just happens to be Jennie's older sister. 

"Oh hi Jisoo what can I do for you?" 

She came in a smiled at me, "Good afternoon Mrs. Manoban, how are you?" 

"Jisoo, I told you that you can call me Chaeyoung, and I'm doing ok, what about you?" 

She always calls Mrs. Manoban, but I told her she doesn't need to, I mean we've know each other for two years and I'm not that much older than her.

She blushed, "Sorry Chaeyoung, I'm good, but you don't seem ok what's going on. I know last time we talked you seemed happy, are you and Lisa having troubles again?" 

Jisoo and I always had conversations with each other but now that I think about it they were always about me. 

"No no no, me and Lisa are doing fine. I think, I mean she agreed to having another baby. I just worried about Leo he is sick and Lisa stayed home with him." 

She had a quick flash of annoyance in her eyes but it quickly went away.

 "I'm sorry about Leo, but that's great that you and Lisa are doing good. So, no more Irene to worry about?" 

Oh god just hearing that name makes me cringe. If you want to know who she is, well, she was one of Lisa's employees who had a thing for wife. Lisa always told me that she wasn't doing anything with her but she would come home late smelling like perfume and then one day I found pictures on her phone that Irene had sent her. That caused me to go through her phone but I found that Lisa didn't send any pictures back to her or ask for them so I let it go.

"Actually, Irene was moved to the Japan office in Tokyo. Lisa said that there was an opening there and thought it would be a good idea for us if she was out of the picture." 

Now she had a questionable look on her face, "That's a little odd. So she just decided to uproot someone's life to get them out of the way. I know you think she didn't cheat on you but that seems a little suspect." 

When I was about to come back with an answer, her phone buzzed. "Sorry that was Jennie, I have to pick her up today. I'll see you tomorrow Chae." And with that she left.

Now she has left me to think, if Lisa didn't cheat then why was she so for Irene going to Japan.

Jennie's POV

Jisoo came to pick me up from school then drove to the cafe for, leaving me to take the car back for our mom. When I got home my mom was cooking dinner and packing her lunch for work. 

"Hey mom." I kissed her on the cheek then sat at the counter watching her. 

"Hi Jennie how was school?" She looked up from the pan and smiled. "It was good, we just got assigned a group project in history so I'm gonna go to room and start my part. Love you call me when dinner is done."

 I kissed her on the cheek again then made my way to my room.

While I was doing my work my phone vibrated and it was Lisa. I still haven't had the chance to talk to her about what I've been feeling.

From My Daddy:

Hey baby, Leo is sleeping so I was thinking maybe we could ft now.

To My Daddy:

Ok but we can't talk long I have a lot of homework that I have to finish.

She didn't even reply but instead called me.

"Hey baby. I missed you this morning" She said with a smirk

"Hi Lisa" My voice was monotoned

"What did you not miss me too?" She questioned

"Look Lisa I have a lot of homework to do and shouldn't you be taking care of your sick son instead of calling me?" I could tell she was confused with the way I was acting.

"I don't understand why you're acting like this baby, I don't remember doing anything to upset you." Now she had a look of concern on her face

If she wants to know what's wrong I'll tell her. 

"Were you going to tell that the reason I was babysitting this weekend was because it was your anniversary with your wife or when were you going to tell me that you're planning on having another baby?" 

"Look Jennie I-" I cut her off

"No Lisa you look, I'm tired of being some mistress that acts like a slut for you. I'm much more than some easy fuck, Lisa. Do you even have feelings for me? Do I even mean anything to you?" I could feel the tears threatening to fall.

"Jennie," She took a deep breath. "Look at me baby." I looked up at my phone "You have a break in two week form school right?" She asks and I nod because I don't trust my voice. "I have a business trip then and I want you to come with me so that I can really show you how I feel about you. Then we can discuss what we are."

"Where is the trip located?" I let out a little shaky with my head down.

"Busan." I look at my phone again. "So what do you say? Come with me please baby, I wanna show you that I care about you."

"Ok I'll go." She smiled.

We said our goodbyes and ended the call. Just when I'm about to start my homework again my mom called me to dinner before she left for work. I ate alone like I do most nights watching whatever drama was on. After I finished eating I cleaned up my mess then put a plate of  food in the microwave for Jisoo texting her that it's there, then I went back to my room. Now I'm sitting here on my bed staring at the ceiling wondering if I made the right decision or not to go with her to Busan.
