"I'm so sorry baby." That was all she said and just continued to cry into my chest, soaking her hoodie in the process. I didn't say anything back, I just held her and stroked her hair trying to calm her down. I've have never seen Lisa cry, I never even thought of her as an emotional person but her she is at 2:30 in the morning sobbing. After about ten more minutes she finally calmed down and steadied her breathing. She didn't move her head off me, but just stayed there quiet.
I decide to break the silence, "Are you ok?" She shook her head yes then sat up straight. "Why did you come to my house at 2:30 and why were you crying?" She wipe her eyes to clean the dry tears that were left and looked out the window, "I couldn't sleep and I couldn't stop thinking about you." I nodded. "But that doesn't explain why you just had a breakdown." I could tell she was getting a little irritated that I kept pushing her to tell me what's wrong. "Lisa please tell me you're worrying me." "God dammit Jennie! What do you want me to say that? Huh? Do you want me to tell you that my anniversary that is supposed to be about me and wife all I thought about was you or maybe you want me to say that while I was having sex with her I imagined it was you? Oh here's a good one, how about the fact that I am a married woman but I'm in love with my 18 year old babysitter."
I was at a loss for words, forget that she talked about having sex with her wife, she just told me she loves me. "Are you playing with me or are you serious?" She just look at me with a 'are you joking' kind of look. "Yes Jennie I am serious." She paused, "I really do love you, but I am married and have a family and you are young and have your whole life ahead of you." I don't know why but I feel like she's breaking up with me even though we aren't in what some would call a normal relationship. "So are you ending things with me?" I feel like if she says yes my world my explode. "No I am not ending things, what I'm trying to say is I need time to figure out what I'm gonna do about me and Chaeyoung. It's not gonna be easy because we have a son and she might be pregnant. So all I'm asking for is time, please baby." "Ok, but does that mean Busan is no go for me?" She kissed me, it was just a peck but we haven't had any physical contact since Monday. "Of course not, you're coming with me to Busan and I am going to worship you like you deserve to be."
We stayed in the car for 20 more minutes just making out and feeling on each other. She pulled away and I whimpered at the loss of her lips, "I have get back, it's already 3 and don't want to be put on house arrest." I chuckled, "Yeah I should get back inside too." I kissed her one last time and got out the car to go inside. When I got inside I watched her car drive away and went up to my room, I laid in bed just repeating her words 'I love you' I just can't help but smile. When I finally calm down and get ready to go back to sleep my phone buzzed, it was her again.

Chaeyoung's POV
I woke up at 3 and Lisa was not next to me, just when I was about to get up and look for her she walked through the bedroom door. "Where were you?" She looked startled like she wasn't ready to answer the question. "I couldn't sleep so I went for a ride to clear my head." She took off her clothes and got back in bed with just her boxers. When I thought she was gonna spoon me she turned her back to me and closed her eyes. "Are you ok?" I heard her take a deep breath, "Yes. I'm fine just tired I only have three more hours before I have to be up so could you please just let me sleep in peace." She said a little cold. "Ok sorry I asked." And with that I turned my back to her and went back to sleep.
When I woke up again, it was 10. Lisa wasn't next to me again but there was a note on her pillow, I picked it up and started to read.

I had to leave early to make sure I can beat the coffee rush at the cafe before I head to the office to take the helicopter to Busan. I already said bye to Leo, gave him a snack and put him back to sleep so he wouldn't bother you for a little longer, also I sent my driver to pick up your sister from the airport so you don't have to worry about it. I'll miss you this week. Give my best to Alice or not I truly don't care.

I almost forgot that Alice was coming today, thank God for my wife. It's 10:30 now which means Leo should be getting up again and right on cue I hear him from the other side of the door, "Mommy I'm hungry." This kid is always hungry I swear, I guess he gets it from his mama. "Coming." I get out of bed throw my shorts and one of Lisa's shirts on and walk out of the room to see my son sitting next to the door playing a game on his Nintendo switch. "Come on I'll make you pancakes." And with that he bolted down the stairs "Leo stop running!" God this is gonna be a long week with Lisa not being here to help with Leo and my sister coming.
Lisa's POV
"So are you excited baby?" I asked Jennie, who I just picked up from the cafe because she went and got our coffee. "Yes I'm super excited. I never been flown in a helicopter before, now that I think about it I've never flown in anything before." She said with my favorite gummy smile. "So that's what you're excited about? What about getting to spend the week with me, am I not that important?" I pouted. She leaned over the center console and kissed my lips softly, "Of course I'm excited to spend time with you, now stop pouting 'cause you look weird and let's get this show on the road." I smiled at how happy she was and how I'm gonna make her even more happy all week.
We arrived at my building and went straight to the elevator to take us to the helipad where my helicopter was waiting. Luckily it is a Sunday and there are no employees here to see me and Jennie, because the last thing I need is people talking, especially about Jennie. We got on the copter, I poured two glasses of champagne and handed one to her. I raised my glass in the air, "To Busan and to us." We clinked our glasses and drank, she sat down first and I sat next to her. I pulled her close to me and kissed the top of her head, "I'm gonna do everything in my power to make this the best week of your life." I lifted her chin and kissed her on the lips, "I love you Jennie Kim." And then we took off.
Busan here we come.
