Lisa and Jennie sat at their usual table in their favorite cafe, there was no talking, they were holding each other's hands under the table and looking into each other's eyes. Lisa finally decided to break the comfortable silence that they sat in. "I have something important to tell you, but please don't be mad." Jennie nodded as in telling her to continue. "Ok so there is no easy way to say this..." Lisa took a breath. "Chaeyoung is pregnant." At this confession Jennie felt her world fall apart. "Baby please say something you're making me even more nervous by not talking." Jennie looked back up at Lisa and connected their eyes again. "So what does this mean for us? Are we breaking up?" Lisa held Jennie's hand harder. "Hell no! We are not breaking up. I love you and I want to be with you. I know I'm an asshole for planing on leaving my pregnant wife, but I'll be there for that child I just won't be with her I'll be with you." Jennie was silent again. "Jennie, baby, will you say something?" "Ok I believe and trust you because I love you too."
After Lisa dropped Jennie off at school, Jennie went straight to her locker so she would be able to avoid her stalker, Kai. Unfortunately luck was not on her side. "Hey there baby." Kai said as he stood next to Jennie's locker with one of his arms closing it in Jennie's face. "What do you want Kai?" Jennie said coldly. "Well I was just wondering if you had a date to prom?" Jennie turned to look at him then started to walk away. "Yes I do now leave me alone." Kai ran after her and pulled her wrist to stop her. "How do you have a date? Who are you going with?" Jennie took her wrist back from Kai's hold. "Not that it's any of your business, but I'm going with Jimin. Now I'm going to class and I swear to Jisoos if you follow me you will not like what happens to you." And with that she made her way to her first period.
Jennie sat down in her seat next to her best friend Nayeon. "Hey I saw Kai harassing you again, what did he want this time?" Jennie rolled her eyes at the mention of his name. "I can't believe you witnessed it but didn't come rescue me." Nayeon laughed at her. "Sorry bout that but you looked like you were handling it fine. Now what did he want?" Jennie rolled her eyes again. "He wanted to ask me to prom but I told him I'm going with Jimin." Nayeon chuckled. "When is he going to learn that you don't want him?" "I don't know, but is Jeongyeon excited for prom?" Before Nayeon could answer their teacher, Mrs. Park, walked in so she just nodded. "Ok class I want everyone to get their notebooks out. We are starting the Shakespeare unit so today for class we are going to do a free write about Shakespeare and love. You have 40 minutes begin." Jennie didn't waste another second and put pen to the paper and began writing.
Downtown Lisa sat in her office at the top of the Seoul Manoban Tower filling out paperwork for the Busan studio and also looking for apartments there for when she moves. She was so engrossed in, she didn't hear her secretary come in. "Mrs. Manoban?" She looked up from her computer to see Dahyun standing in front of her desk. "Oh Dahyun, what can I do for you?" Dahyun smiled at her. "Bambam and Ten are here and they would like to speak to you." Lisa nodded. "Ok let them in." Five minutes later her cousins walked into her office. "Pokpak!" They said in unison. She got up from her chair and greeted them with a hug. "How are you guys? How was Thailand?" She lead them to the couch in her office and Bambam was the first to speak.
"It was great, there were a lot of great prospects that can hopefully be used to spread MDC even more." Lisa had big smile on her face. "That's great, I'm excited for the future of MDC." Ten then spoke up. "Yeah it's really great. We also hung out with your parents while we there and they miss Leo. Like a lot." Lisa looked out the window then back to the boys. "I miss them too." She said sarcastically "I plan on bringing Leo there this summer so he can spend time with them." Lisa stood up and walked back to her computer to see if she had anything scheduled for lunch which she didn't. "I don't have anything scheduled for lunch and I would love to catch up with you guys some more and tell you about Busan so let's go eat and talk." The two men nodded and they left the office together.
Lisa returned to her office around one and got right back to work. When she finally took a break and looked at the clock it was already three, so she decided to clean up and go to her lawyer's office. She walked out of my office and stopped at my secretary's desk. "Dahyun clear my schedule for the rest of the day I'm going out and I won't be coming back." "Yes ma'am." Then she left and went to the parking garage, got in her car and left. Lisa pulled in front of a building that had the names Kim and Jeon on the front door. She walked into the office and was greeted by her lawyer's secretary, Yuqi. "Good afternoon Mrs. Manoban, how can I help you?" "Is Namjoon available?" She checked her computer then looked back up at Lisa. "Yes he is, you can go in." Lisa thanked her and walked into his office, he was looking at file then popped his head up when she clear my throat. "Oh! Mrs. Manoban, please take a seat." He pointed to the chair in front of his desk and she sat down. "What can I do for you?" She took a deep breath before answering.
"I want to divorce my wife."
