Forty-Seven

Lisa and Jennie's trip to Thailand with Leo was one Jennie will never forget. The first week consisted of a lot of Jenlisa time with a surprise trip to Koh Samui, and the second week was when they got Leo back form Lisa's parents and took him all over Bangkok. After the trip, the summer went by fast and it was now the end of August and Jennie would be starting college in a few days.

A few hours away in Seoul, Chaeyoung was now seven and a half months pregnant. Alice was coming to stay with her every other weekend to help chaeyoung prepare for the baby and get over Lisa. Alice could tell that Chaeng was having a hard trying to get over Lisa. To Chaeyoung, Lisa was her's. Her first date, her first kiss, her first, her everything.

"Hey baby why aren't you sleeping?"

Lisa woke up in the middle of the night to not find Jennie asleep next to her. She got up and searched the penthouse to find Jennie downstairs in the living room on the couch with a cup of water in her hand.

"Oh!" Jennie jumped a little from Lisa's voice coming out of nowhere.

"You scared me. What are you doing up?"

Lisa moved from her position leaning against the wall and sat next to Jennie on the couch.

"I could ask you the same thing, but seriously I couldn't sleep without you beside me so when I didn't feel your presence next to me I woke up."

Lisa put her arm around Jennie and pulled her closer.

"I couldn't sleep, I think I have first day jitters. I'm nervous."

Lisa chuckled and kissed the top of Jennie's forehead.

"You have nothing to be nervous about baby. You'll be fine, all you have to do is get up in the morning go to class, make some friends, and come home to me."

"Make friends?" Jennie looked up and smiled at Lisa.

Lisa nodded. "Yes make friends. Nayeon isn't going to school with you and I don't want you to be a loner who just goes to class and comes home. College is all about new experiences and I want you to have the best time for your next four years. Ok?"

Jennie lifted her head up and kissed Lisa on the chin. "Come on let's go to back to bed."

"Are you sure, you have everything you need?" Jennie rolled her eyes at Lisa.

"Babe that's the fourth time you asked me that, you're acting like a parent." Lisa smirked at Jennie and pulled her by the waist to whisper in her ear. "Well I am your daddy." Jennie scoffed and smacked Lisa on the chest.

"Stop that, we're in public." Jennie step back from Lisa to look her in the eyes. "Ok I have everything I need so I'm gonna go before I'm late." She then stepped back to Lisa and gave her a long kiss.

"Ok I'll still be in the office when you get out so I'll send Jin to pick you up. Good luck baby, I love you."

"Love you too."

Lisa waited till Jennie got close to the door to callout to her.

"Hey Jennie!"

Jennie turned around and looked at Lisa who stood with her hands in her pockets.

"Make some friends please!"

Jennie rolled her eyes again and finally opened the door to walk into the school.
