I feel like Sally is one of the OG creepypasta characters, often on par with Slenderman and Jeff the Killer.
There isn't too much negativity directed towards her. She's an eight year old girl who was raped by her uncle and murdered by him when she told her mother. Not anything too graphic and the point got across pretty well for a creepypasta character. She also doesn't get much in terms of violence (probably because she's eight).
TBH, Sally is one of the few creeypasta characters who isn't displayed as being violent/scary in any regard which is.....
Weird.
Like Sally is a creepypasta character, but she never does anything truly creepy/scary which the exception of her origin story where she terrifies the new family living in her old home other than that nothing. It's like the moment she got introduced to the fandom, everyone just decided that she was too 'pure' to kill/harm anyone which is kind of false.
Sally is a ghost who was killed in a terrible and is trapped in a state of never being able to move on, I'm not trying to say she should go on a killing spree, but it would be great if she had more character actions than being 'Slenderman's daughter' and 'everyone's little sister'. She's a fucking ghost and it seems that noone lets her do anything that would make her worthy of being a creepypasta character.
Listen, there are very little issues with Sally Williams, most of the issues lie with her Creator (who has since left the fandom), but that is a topic for another day.
