Its been two months now since any of us seen or heard from Aaliyah. Part of me has been down because she isn't around anymore but then again I can't keep moping around all day everyday because she decided to disappear. I'm still kind of salty about her ignoring my calls and texts tills this day but hey, fuck it. She'll come back around. We still gotta move on with our lives.
I don't really speak to Odell that much either, only when he comes over to kick it with Donnell. I'm not gone lie and say I hate this man because of the shit he pulled because I still consider him one of my friends. However, I still think it's wrong that he cheated and now he's upset because my girl has been ignoring him for two months now. I mean I don't like her doing it either but he's the cause of it so I don't want to hear anything coming from him.
He's starting to let himself go too, the last time I seen him he looked a bit fragile and was dressed like a bum. When Donnell went to go see him he said Odell hasn't been out of the house in days, almost weeks. After his games he would just go home and stay there, probably just sitting in the dark all depressed.
It's all bad but shit happens.
"How have you and Donnell been? You working his nerves yet?" Lauren joked raising her brow.
"We doing good, he ain't like the last dude but I do have to check him a couple of times" I admitted before taking a sip of my sprite from this straw.
She cackled "Hell nah! What sweet Donnell be doing to piss you off?"
"Sometimes he irks me with his mood swings, one minute he goofy the next he's serious" I playfully rolled my eyes "His slick ass mouth irritates me sometimes too and how he always wants to win the argument by using these big words like he T.I" I said lastly and we both burst into laughter "But I love him though"
"Shit yawl sound like the same person with them mood swings and smart mouths" She shook her head "Have you met yourself? You basically just explained yourself"
I rolled my eyes "Girl whatever you the same way" I told her earning a laugh. Feeling my phone vibrate in my purse I seen that I got a quick message from him "Speaking of his handsome ass, this is him texting me now"

He's always planning to do something sweet, whenever he isn't busy he's always taking me out somewhere. I never complain though because I love it, it's nice.
