The Demon King doesn't even flinch when the five Guardians appear in front of his castle. In his courtyard.

Challenging him for a duel to the death.

Luc has been imprisoned at the tallest tower when the news arrived.

He might want to live in peace.

His former enemies won't let him.

The Demon King taunts, "Bring it on, weaklings. Let's finish this once and for all."

The Guardians didn't fight him together this time. Only one of them challenges him. The Giant Golem.

"Trapped in tower. I'm no damn princess. Not a damsel in distress," grumbles Luc when he's trying to climb down from the steep tower.

"Woah! Too high! I might break my neck or something..."

He is standing in a small ledge. Barely enough for his footing. The strong wind is blowing making it harder not to fall down.

In a distance, he could see the gigantic golem.

Great!

The party started without him.

He must stop them from killing each others. Peace is almost at hands. The Guardians' attacks would ruin everything.

He takes off his dark mantle and morphs it into a board. He slides down like a pro skater using the board.

Down and down in rapid speed.

He lost his balance once and falls down from quite a height.

Sometimes he really forgets he is no longer a human being.

His body crushes to the ground. Fall flat on his face. Not wounded thanks to his super thick dark armor.

Ordinary man would have died with broken neck.

Luc rises back to his feet. His dark wings spread behind his back. He flies toward the battle ground.

New as a demon, he isn't a great flyer yet. He has crashed into some trees on his way to battleground.

His father, the Demon King. He looks in pain. He failed to block Gaia's attacks.  Something has happened to that Guardian.

Since when he got so powerful like this?

His gigantic fist is aimed to the Demon King. The last blow to kill him.

Suddenly someone blocks the deadly attack for him.

Luc's armor crack after receiving the direct impact. Blood is oozing out of his wounds. He has been wounded quite deep after receiving the deadly blow meant for his father.

"Father, run..."

Luc pushes Gaia's fist away from him. The golem is too shocked to react at first.

The Demon King takes the chance and escapes from there.

Gaia lifts Luc from the ground. He is motionless in his gigantic palm.

"Why?" asks the Guardian.

But Luc has passed out, unable to reply him.

The guardian carries him in his palm. To where Charlie is.

*****

"Please! Let me see him!" pleads Charlie for a hundred times.

Jared pushes her backwards not too gentle.

"Nay! He is a dangerous demon. We would kill him soon," says him.
