As the Furor descended upon Earth, Kavreesh skillfully piloted the vessel to a gentle stop in the expansive front yard of the grand estate. Sofith, alongside her offspring, eagerly anticipated their arrival and warmly welcomed them. With a heartfelt expression of relief, she conveyed her joy, "It brings me immense comfort to know that all of you emerged from the assault unscathed. I've been in discussions with the President regarding the ordeal. He has extended his hospitality, assuring that you, Jerry, and Barbara, as well as any member of your kin, are welcome to seek refuge here for as long as necessary," Sofith reassured them.

Jerry commented, "This place is very nice, but I don't want to stay any longer than we need to. It is nothing... calling a place your own."

She understood. She walked with them into the mansion and helped them unpack.

As they were unpacking, Brandon called Ituor and Sam outside to talk about his parents' safety. "I am concerned that the Goa'uld will try to attack my parents here on Earth. If they can destroy my parents' home, they can attack again. I realize that the Asgards have a security blanket around Earth, but the Jedi had their security over Yavin 4. They went through it like a hot knife through butter. If they want to get through, they will."

Ituor replied, "The attack on Yavin 4 was not to just attack your parents but to attack the Jedi Knights. Since we have destroyed the Death Star, I think they will concentrate on their revenge on the Jedi. Earth had nothing to do with the destruction. They will be after all Jedi, mostly you two."

"He is right. Your parents are safe here on Earth. If they wanted to kill them, then they would have been dead along with the others. They usually bring down thousands of troops on the ground after attacking a planet from the sky. They didn't do it this time. That part concerns me more than anything," Sam said.

Jack came into the conversation. He stated to all, "I have just finished talking with General Davis on this matter. He has talked with the Asgards. We don't believe that they will attack Earth, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye out."

Brandon asked, "Has General Davis talked with the Tok'ra? They could be after them as we speak."

He nodded, "He contacted them. Jacob stated they have seen no activity from them. General Davis is getting all the SG teams to investigate their activities."

Sam asked, "How is Daniel doing with educating the Tok'ra on their Jedi past?"

Before Jack could answer, Sam's comlink went off. She answered it, and it was her father.

Jacob said, "I am at the SGC and will be at the mansion soon. I'm glad to hear that Brandon's parents are all right. It boggles Selmak and me over why they didn't send troops down."

"Before my ship landed, we found none of them anywhere. They left nothing behind."

"The only thing I can come up with is that their main goal wasn't to attack Yavin 4. If they did, no one would be alive. This isn't like them at all."

"Dad, we think the Ubaids are the symbiotes. You might say that they are ancient Goa'uld."

It was Selmak who spoke, "It would explain why we haven't seen them. We will talk more about this when I arrive."

"We all have been talking about the safety of Jerry and Barbara. Do you think they will attack them here on Earth?"

"No, if they wanted them dead, the entire moon would be lifeless and several ships would surround not only Yavin 4 but all over the galaxy."

She said before turning off her comlink, "I'll see you when you arrive. Unless something comes up, Brandon and I will stay here for a while."

Inside the mansion, Sofith said to Jerry and Barbara, "Please set aside any concerns regarding your financial situation. The President of the United States has assured me that the federal government is prepared to assist you, either by aiding in the reconstruction of your home or by facilitating the acquisition of a new one. This gesture is in recognition of your invaluable contributions to Earth and the Jedi, particularly your efforts in sharing the ancient knowledge of the Ubaids with our planet. Ituor has informed me that the Jedi Council intends to contribute as well. Rest assured, in the absence of such support, Kavreesh and I stand ready to offer our assistance in every possible way. To us, you are more than akin to family; you are indeed our family."
