The assembly at SGC was abuzz with anticipation, poised for the journey to the ancient Jedi city, a place shrouded in the mists of Earth's distant past. The necessary security apparatus had been dispatched ahead to safeguard the city's denizens. Nomi and Brandon joined the expedition, driven by a desire to support his kin in acclimating to an era anew. Translocation to another galaxy was one thing; temporal relocation was quite another, a daunting notion to grasp. Earth's populace may have grown accustomed to interplanetary voyages, yet temporal excursions were uncharted territory, save for the voyages of SG1. A hush fell over the crowd at the sight of Eunice, accompanying her spouse's casket. It was with a tender step that Nomi approached her, offering words of solace with heartfelt grace: "It brings me joy to know he will journey onward with us."

Eunice said nothing for a few moments. "I know that he would be very proud of all of you for what you all have done for Earth to this day."

"From what I know of you all, it would have been an honor to have known him. It would make me happy if you could one day tell me all about him."

She smiled as she looked at Nomi, "Once we get him in his new home, I will tell you all I can before you have to leave."

Later, Sofith came up to Nomi and Brandon, "Ituor has told me we will stay there until we read and understand all the Sith artifacts. Hothok strongly believes these artifacts can help us defeat the Emperor once and for all."

Nomi asked Sofith, "How long will it take?"

"Not long. Hopefully, it will give everyone time to settle in their new home." Ituor then looked at Eunice, "If you are ready to leave, then we can transport you all to the great city of the Jedi."

She looked at her husband's coffin for a few seconds. It seemed to her like an eternity. She then looked at Nomi — then Ituor. "We are ready."

Nomi gave her a gentle squeeze on the shoulders from behind, and then Eunice smiled at her after she turned her head towards her.

When they arrived, they buried Lynn H. Blair to his final resting place. Since he was in the Navy, he got a full Naval Honored burial reception. All the family members were there.

Ituor and General Davis gave Eunice the new perfectly folded United States of America Flag. Since this was the great city of the Jedi, it was fitting for Ituor to represent all Jedi Knights on Eunice's behalf. It was General Davis that represented the SGC and Earth.

For her to have to go through another funeral was difficult. The first one was hard, but the second time was even harder. A lot of the same emotions she went through before were coming to life once again. This time she had support from all of her biological family and her Jedi family.

Master Thon told her, "As long as I'm alive, you will never be alone in your life. I've lost many of my friends through death. Some of them meant as much as your husband meant to you. I will use all the power I can from the Force to help you through this. It's honorable for what you have done for Lynn H. Blair today. I know that it's harder for you to have to go through having him buried again." All she could do was give him a long, loving hug.

After a week, Eunice's daughters with their families left for Earth in the 21st century. After everyone left except for the family members that were staying, Barbara went to her mother and asked, "How are you feeling?"

"I am okay. With Master Thon's help and the other Jedi, I'm over the hurt of my first loss with your father. I can say this with clarity, I don't want to go through that again."

Barbara smiled at her, "Daddy is here to stay. If he knew what has been happening these past several years, he would have wanted to stay here. I don't think this great city of the Jedi will hide from anyone again. It's now alive and ready to be part of life itself. Since we have awakened this city, I believe that our six Jedi will have a lot of adventures to come once we dethrone this Emperor."
