Matt would watch Mateo when we were gone. This would be good because he's been wanting more time. He comes by whenever he can, but this way no time is interrupted. My parents were watching him when he was on shift too.
I told Matt " hey so Shay and I were going to Hawaii in a week and if you want you can have Mateo when your mot working." Matt smiled " definitely yeah." I smiled " and my mom and dad will take him when your on shift...."
He looked at me " you guys are leaving for how long..?" I smiled " just a week... this will be our last honeymoon I guess before the baby comes." Matt looked at me " I know I've been distant over everything but im happy for you guys. I want to be closer. I want to be best friends again."
I looked at him " I love her I do I never meant to hurt you." Matt looked at me " I know... I just want my friend back can we manage that...?" I hugged him " of course... I miss that."
