Shay started to drive me to the hospital. At this point my contractions started to come on harder and harder. it got hard for me to breathe. Shay looked at me " just breathe baby... we'll be at med in just a few minutes...."
I breathed in and out "who who ha h... who ha he..."
Shay helped me out of the car and into the hospital. Maggie say us and immediately Brought us back. We got up to labor and delivery. The nurse smiled " ok we'll were gonna need you to get into this guy it will button on the side... just remove all your clothes..and I can help if you need it.." Shay smiled " that's ok I got it.." She smiled " of course..."
Shay got me undressed and into the gown. She smiled "good to go" I smiled " you should probably call Casey." She kissed me " ok I'll be right back..."
The nurse came back in " ok I gotta check you..." She gloved up, sticking 2 fingers into my vagina " ok your about 4 centimeters dilated..." I breathed in " so 6 to go..." She nodded " yeah... so why don't you walk around and we'll do a check in a few hours..." I smiled " ok..."
Shay and I went around and walked. She smiled looking at me " I cant believe in a few hours we'll be parents... or you'll be a mom..." I looked at her "babe... he's our baby!" She looked at me " I just don't want to take away from Casey..." I looked at her " I love you.... this baby is just as much yours as it is mine..." She smiled " I Love you!"
Casey ran into us " hey!" I smiled " hey baby daddy!!" He hugged me on my side " how's it going..." I looked at him "ahhhh!" Shay looked at me " what's happening?" I bent down " contraction!!!" Shay guided me " ok let's get back to the room and get you checked...."
