We went back in to the doctors. We were assuming the best, but knew the worse wasn't out of the picture just yet. A lot could go wrong and I was just thinking of all that. I knew that the chance could be good and it could be nothing. The hope was there. I hoped for us. I hoped for our family.
The doctor walked in his office " ok so I have news." Shay grabbed my hand holding and squeezing it. The doctor looked at us " Leslie your levels are lower than we like... but not impossible " She smiled " so there is a chance..." He nodded " there's a definite chance.." I looked at him " so what's the next step.." He looked at us "well theres a few ways to go about this... you would need to find a sperm donor or if you want to go the egg retrieval route that's a possibility but definitely at this point unnecessary." Leslie smiled " thanks doctor I guess we would like to go ahead and find a donor..."
