Chapter 30: First show after announcement

Ashton POV

We landed in Chicago and then headed to the hotel at 4 am . There was no fans but I knew that they would find the hotel out very soon. From when I last checked twitter , the fans seem to be thinking that they can't really change what is going on between us and that the baby is our choice . Some fans have said that they can't handle this and are leaving the fandom. I am sad for them because I feel like these next few months are going to be awesome. It may not be ideal but we all have to make the best out of this situation. Today we have some promo but later in the day so we are able to have a good sleep before hand. As soon as we got to the room I got on the bed and fell asleep because I didn't sleep well on the plane.

Later that day:

Ava POV

After a bit more sleep it time to get ready for the day. So I had a shower to wash away the sweat and tiredness I had left. I then got dressed in a more comfortable outfit for the concert tonight. I better use up all of my smaller sized clothes while I still can. Some things I already can't wear that well, and is my skinny jeans. The belly makes it hard to wear them because it is growing . I look at my belly now and is starting to become more and more real everyday. I also haven't been having morning sickness which is always good. By now I shouldn't be having it as much anyways. I then looked at my phone and people were tweeting saying that they were happy for me Ashton . It was nice that people were saying that it makes me feel better then yesterday the comments that they were making. I was hungry so I got something to eat and then we headed to the stadium . But as we were leaving the hotel we were mobbed by fans . It scared me abit but I knew that the fans just wanted to talk and get a picture but sometimes it is too much. I checked my phone again and now there is videos on YouTube talking about the "scandal" and the whole baby thing. It makes me feel weird that people are so interested in my baby . If I was in a relationship with someone who is not "famous" and I got pregnant then I would be considered a whore or something like that. But since Ashton and I are in a relationship it is not as bad . Soon we made it to the stadium and fans spotted the car we were in and started screaming . I probably will never get used to the screaming , but I know that the fans are just excited. We then got backstage and then the boys had to do some interviews . After some of their interviews both groups got together and got to meet some of the fans from make a wish. It is humbling to meet people who in spite of their situation are in great spirits and are so positive. I was going to wait by the door but some of the girls came up to me and asked for a picture amd wanted to talk to me. It made me happy that people wanted to talk to me. It was nice to hear some of their stories and getting to connect with them because it is not everyday that people take their time to talk to people. The girls had asked me if they could touch my small belly and I told them they I didn't mind at all . I am going to have tell the baby when he or she is older that they have met amazingly brave people. The one direction boys took pictures with fans and then 5 seconds of summer did the same they all signed stuff and got to talk to every single person . One of the fans even gave me a onesie that had the 5 seconds of summer logo on it . It made me cry that people who didnt even need to bring me anything decided that they wanted too especially since we had only released it just yesterday. Then it came time to do sound check and all of the make a wish children came with us and watched the sound check .

Luke POV

We just got to meet some of the make a wish children who decided that they wanted their wish to meet one direction. One direction asked us if we wanted to come and experience it with them and it was something that I will never forget. After sound check we went back to the dressing room and chilled out and got ready. Ashton was keeking about the support he and Ava have been receiving while the rest of us were in the background goofing off. I love trying to make Ashton laugh in his keeks it is so fun. Then after the keeking was done we sat around and waited to head onstage tonight will be different , everything that has happened in the last 24 hours might be addressed . I then grabbed my guitar and headed to the stage. As always Ashton walks on stage first and then Michael and claim then me . As I ran out , Ashton hit me in the butt with his drumstick. He is a meanie . I'm only joking he is like my brother and I love even though I won't admit it. Now it was time to rock out.

Ashton POV

" Hello! We are 5 seconds of summer ! My name is Ashton and I'm excited to be here !" I said into the mic . We then continued on the introductions and then played a few songs before I started to talk to the audience . I then was able to talk to the audience for a few minutes " I'm all sweaty but I wanted to talk to you guys and thank you for your support though everything as well as the news that has come out. That's all I wanted to say " I said to the crowd and they cheered. It was nice to know that there was people who were supporting me and the band through this big change in my life. " wait one more thing , I forgot to mention this before , I would like to thank a girl named Mia for the very cool baby outfit . Ava really liked I know she told you already how much she loved it but I wanted to say it again now I'm done" I said again and the crowed roared. We when continued on with our set then it was time to come off . I got off stage and ran up to Ava and gave her the biggest hug and gave her a kiss . I love her so much and can't wait to see her with our beautiful baby. We then headed to the dressing room and packed up and headed back to the hotel . We then hung out and were in bed and watching a movie which is always good. Ava instagramed a picture of the baby onesie that she received . I then went and liked it because why not it was super cute and something we didn't even expect . I the realized that as soon as we find out the sex of the baby we have to start buying everything . But we will ship most of the things and have our parents pick up things was well. The baby onesie was for me the beginning of it becoming real , I know that the bump also makes it real but it's more for Ava . The actual idea of in a few months another life will be in our lives and will be wearing that onesie is crazy to me.
