Chapter 5: The Secret Date

Ava POV

Tonight is the night I go on a real date since being in the UK which may sound tragic but it has only been like a month so it is not bad as it sounds and it is with LUKE HEMMINGS of all people. I stayed up late writing up my interviews and having them readt for today and also trying to figure out what outfit to wear for this date. I decided on a black cut out dress , and a black bag and black shoes , I staighten my hair put on a simple netural eye. But the date is not util later so I had to work and my job could be done at home today it is just monitoring the comments on both blog posts about the concert . They were mostly positive comments , some were saying that i was too pretty to be sat beside these boys or that i was an ugly bitch and that I had no business being there even though it was my job to be there , i didnt just sneak backstage and interview them . It was 3 and i had to start to get ready for my date with luke . I wonder what he was going to wear , maybe something casual and i would be the over dressed one.

Luke POV

I had to decide that I was going to wear on the date but I didnt want to look like i was going on one so i decided to wear my normal clothes but put a different shirt and jacket in my car before so I could change once i got in the car. It was my plan so the boys didnt know where i was going . I decided to wear my traditional Nirvana muscle tee and black jeans and shoes. But what i was actually going to wear was a black tee and a black jean jacket / sweater combo. It looks better than it sounds. I decided to text Ava that we needed to drive ourselfs to rock star because it would less suspecious if we drove seperately and not together . I know that i bad for a guy to say for a first date but I didnt want to tip off social media. I had to get ready so then i could get there on time .

Ashton POV

Something is suspecious today , luke is being funny today , he was more giddy than he usually was. It is something that needs to be investigated , maybe it is because he got to talk to Ava and maybe he felt something for her. Who knows well he does . I am going to call Ava later to see if she wants to hang out maybe grab dinner or go to the movies. I want to rebuild your relationship since I basically ruined it with breaking off all contact with her after we were contacted by One Direction. It was an butt move and i regret leaving such a beautiful person in the dark about everything that had happened to me and what changed my life for the better. But I also think that if none of this had happened would we still be together or would we have had gone our own ways. " hey A its Ash I wanted to know if you wanted to come over and hang later maybe watch a movie or go grab something to eat , i would like to talk to you " i txted her and then waited for a reply.

Ava POV

I just finished getting ready for my date with luke and then i recieved a txt thinking it was luke but it was actually from Ash and he asked me to hang out with him because he wanted to talk about everyhting and fully flush everything out. I dont know what to do , well I do , im going to go on a date with luke and see how it goes before i do anything brash. I txted him back" Hey Ash , i can't tonight I have alot of work to catch up with unpacking my stuff still , it is taking forever.". As i was walking out the door another txt came through,"Then why dont I come over and I help you and we can talk , i would really want to talk to you , we havent talked for ages it would be nice " He replied. Shoot , now what do i do he thinks im actually trying to unpack tonight and stuff. How about i tell him , not today tomorrow he could come over , and that if he has the time he can stay the whole day , but than what if he asks why not now . I dont know , but what i do know is that i need to get inmy car and go on my date. Maybe i will figure it out on the way.

Ashton POV

Ava txted me that she cant hang with me because she is unpacking and that I cant come even though I told her that I would help her . This is weird , luke is acting werid and now Ava is acting weird . This means something is going on and it involves both of them. Ava txted me " Hey , you can come over tomorrow and help , im too tired to unpack you can help me tomorrow and we can have our chat then k im sorry " . I don't know what to do , do i tell her that i still love her or let this relationship stand . I will talk to her tomorrow and see what my heart will tell me.

Luke POV

I was able to get out of the house before Ashton asked any questions about where i was going. Then I drove to rock star sushi to meet Ava . I waited for her inside , I was a bit nervous , I havent been on a date in a while but i think it will be good.

Ava POV

I arrived at the restaruant and I saw luke , he was in a outfit more for a walk than for dinner but he still looks amazing ethier way , and i look abit over dressed , oh well i will know for next time. So we had ordered our food and started talking. ' So , why did you decide to ask me out ? " I asked him . " Well , when I saw you I was like wow , she is really pretty " luke said back. We continued on talking and soon the date was over and we drove to my flat . We arrived at my flat and and then luke looked into my eyes and told me he had an amazing time and kissed me. Then we said bye but it didn't end there.
