~HINATA~

Looking up, I saw he'd disappeared. I sighed to myself and trudged home. Upon entering,I saw Father standing in the hallway with his arms crossed.

"Hinata, where have you been?" Father asked, sounding aggravated.

"I-I'm sorry, I was coming home when-"

"Nevermind. Don't be late again," he spoke, cutting me off.

I nodded. I ran into my bedroom and dropped my belongings on the floor. Leaning against my door, I sobbed gently.

I heard a noise outside my door, and cracking it open, I saw Fugito. Ignoring him, I gently wiped my face of tears.

"Quit showing weakness—it's not fit for a Hyuga."

"G-go away!" I shouted as loud as I could.

He laughed, "I would never obey someone who couldn't act how they should. I'd rather listen to Hanabi than you."

I'd had it. I stood and slammed the door open. Charging at Fugito, I activated my Byakugan.

Surprised, he activated his as well and we began to fight.

"ENOUGH." That tone of voice was enough to stop me in my tracks, the voice belonging to Father made me quiver a little.

"Hinata stay here. Fugito, follow me," he ordered. Fugito obeyed, shooting me a nasty glare as he went by.

I slumped against my bed and looked at my wounds. They weren't severe, but they would ache tomorrow.

'Why,' I wondered, 'why does Fugito have a grudge against me? Why."

I quickly fell asleep.
