I managed to start my car and warm it up today.
The battery was flat, and my neighbour offered to jump start it for me. I accepted, and then he proceeded to jump start his own car with an extra battery on the backseat in order to drive about ten yards and jump start my car... when I say "car madness" I mean it. We are fucking insane.
Anyhow, I'm pleased the engine hasn't seized up from sitting there almost a year now... it ran pretty well considering.
