We arrived at the bar, Natalie parked the car at an open area where she can immediately drive off if anything goes wrong.

We exit the car and see the name of the bar lights were flashing.

Demon's Gate

" like the name " Natalie said, I roll my eyes and we enter.

Lights blind our eyes and and music blast in our ears.

" split up, you'll stay near the entrance, stay on the call " I said and ask Xiao Yu to dial her.

We stayed there for another 30 minute as I lean against a wall as she dance on the floor.

" he might not come tonight " she said through the earpiece.

" relax, midnight just pass, he could be here in any minute " I said and there the blue eye guy enters with his slick back hair.

" as you were saying " she said.

" bingo " I said.

It was Laurence, he enters with another friend who had red auburn hair and green emerald eyes.

" shit, it's Peter, he's the guy I'm supposed to go after " she said.

" why don't we make this as a double mission? " I asked.

" Y/n this is suicide and stupid " she said.

" stupid is my way " I said and see him sit on the bar stool, ordering a beer while Peter already have two blonde girls having shots.

" well at least I'm catching him drunk " Nat said.

" but we have to catch them at the same time, if only one of us is successful this could make them be more alert and harder to catch " I said.

" well this is your mission, I'll catch Peter next time, you get Laurence " she said, I nodded at her from the distance.

I felt a pair of eyes was on me and it's sending shivers down my spine. I slowly turn my head to see Mr. Zvahl who is staring at me.

I smirked.

It's then the part when it's starting to get annoying.

Doesn't he ever get tired?, creep.

I walk to the bar and sit down on the stool, next to him. A glass of red wine was then slide against the table to me, I turn to Laurence and see him smirking, I snicker.

" what?, can't a guy buy a beautiful girl a drink? " he asked, his voice was soothing somehow.

" I don't like wine " I said, and put a 5 dollar note on the table, sliding it to the bartender, not looking at him.

" scotch " I said.

Placing down a cup and pour in the scotch.

" taking it up a few notch, I see? " he asked, I drink in one go and gulp it down like it's nothing.

" I'm used to drinking this " I said and place the cup down and he refills it for me.

" say, I didn't get your name " I said and turn to him as our eyes met.

" Laurence " he said.

It's better for him not to know my last name, so maybe if he search me up, I'm still an unknown person to him.

" Y/n " I said.

I see him smirking and he seems interested in me.

" if you don't mind me asking, how did you get those scars? " he asked, looking at my neck.
