*the next morning*
I sat up reading one of Alexus' old books on wattpad, waiting for her to wake up. The whole night I tossed and turned so I slept in the pull out bed. When I finished the last chapter she wrote, I kind of sat there thinking. Why would anyone want to do something like this to her? Then I was pulled out of my thoughts by Alexus' voice. "Huh?" I said looking lost. "Can you come help me sit up?" I got up and did what was asked.
Ten minutes later the doctor walked in. "Hello Ms. Peters and Ms. Simmons. I'm Doctor Gotu. 'as in go to' I have some results right here... Well ma'am we collected a sperm sample but..." "But what?" Alexus said with her voice trembling. "Ms. Peters during the rape you contracted VD. Now that's curable for you. But your also pregnant... The disease might have an effect on the child. Most rape victims that get pregnant "get rid" of the baby... Would you like.." "Nope. I don't believe in killing unborn children." Alexus said cutting the doctor off. "Okay well we will get you some prenatal vitamins and some breakfast." Dr. Gotu said before leaving. Alexus nodded as tears filled her eyes. "Its okay Alexus..." I said now standing next to her. She squeezed her eyes tight as the tears still found their way out. "I have an unknown man's child growing inside of me... How is that okay Tatyana?" She said trembling and crying.
