After I got back to the building, Father demanded to see me at once.

"Yes Father?" I asked, a little nervous.

"I told you not to engage with the turtles." He rumbled. Oh crap, I'm totally screwed!

"I didn't." I lie through my teeth. Father growls at me.

"If you didn't engage with the turtles, then why is your second blade gone?" He asked angrily. He's got me now.

"I did fight them, Father, but-"

"NO EXCUSES!" Father bellowed.

"You disobeyed me, and therefore consequences will be taken. No patrol for a week." He said.

"A week?!" I exclaimed. He gave me the death glare, and I shut up quickly.

"Would you like it to be 3?" He asked in a soft, silky tone. I had to tread carefully now. Soft and silky meant Father was mad, and then he got dangerous.

"No Father. I understand that I disobeyed you, and I accept my punishment great fully so that I can become a better person." I said dutifully.

"Good. Now go up to your room." He said. I meekly went upstairs, but slammed the door behind me. I slumped onto my bed, and closed my eyes. Leo smiled at me. I sat up, gasping. Tentavily, I closed my eyes again. This time, Leo was smirking at me. I groaned.

"This is going to be a long week." I sighed.
