Rebekah's POV

As I walked down the stairs to see who was making all the noise, I noticed Camille chasing around a blonde vampire. I quickly realized it was Caroline and then noticed Bonnie. "Too slow," I heard Caroline say. Camille was trying to attack her, but was way too slow for Caroline. Both Elijah and Klaus were amused, as was I. Caroline went to go tell Elijah something when Camille tried to attack Caroline, but she wasn't paying attention. I vamp sped down the stairs and stopped Camille. I didn't particularly like Caroline, but I never really had a problem with her. If I'm being honest, I was jealous of her. She had everything I ever wanted and therefore, I was a bitch to her. I was on my way out anyways, so I invited Caroline and Bonnie along with me go the bar nearby. We all walked into the bar and I ordered shots for everyone. Bonnie decided she didn't want hers, so Caroline was quick to drink hers as well.

Caroline's POV

I took Bonnie's shot too, and I still didn't feel better. I drank 6 more and was only lightly buzzed. By the time the waiter came back with another round, the lights in the bar went off and the black lights came on. Every one in the bar was wearing neon clothes and were doing body shots and dancing. Of course, I joined. I drank as much alcohol as I was served. My heart was completely broken. I came here to be with Klaus, just to find out that he moved on. Every part of my body was in pain, so I cured it with tequila and vodka. Bonnie insisted that I slow down multiple times, but I protested. I danced on the dance floor and fed off of so many people. Rebekah looked at me across the bar and said, "Let's go, Caroline. You need rest."

"I'm fine

"I'm fine." I told her. I was fine though. My feelings didn't hurt anymore.

Bonnie's POV

"I know Caroline better than anyone and I can tell you one thing, she is far from fine." I said to Rebekah.

"I know, Bonnie. We gotta get my brother, maybe he'll talk some sense into her."

Rebekah and I went back to the Mikaelson Manor. Rebekah filled Klaus in on what Caroline was doing, and he quickly walked down the stairs.

"Klaus, what are you doing? You can't leave me." Camille quickly protested. I've been here for less than a day, and I can already tell that Camille is a crybaby.

"She needs me, Camille."

"Who needs you?"

"Caroline. Caroline needs me."

I looked at Klaus's face as he said those words, and I could see the hurt in his eyes. He knew that when Caroline saw him with Camille, her heart broke a little.

"No, I won't let you go to her." Camille said as she vamp sped down the stairs to break Rebekah's and Klaus's necks. Out of reflex, I threw Camille into the staircase with a whisk of my hand.

Klaus vamp sped to her and snapped her neck, but not before telling her something. "You don't have a choice." His yellow hybrid eyes were showing, and then he was out of the manor.

Klaus's POV

I was on a mission. I marched into that bar, and pushed aside anyone who was in my path. I looked for Caroline in every corner of the bar, and finally found her with her tongue down some pathetic human's throat. I yanked him from Caroline by his shirt and looked into his eyes. "What is your name?"

"Liam."

"Well, Liam. You will forget this girl and that you made out with her, and you will go back home and never step foot in this bar. Run along now."

In a hurry, he was gone. "Hey! That was my dinner!"

"Caroline, love, let's go." I said as I grabbed her arm. To my surprise, she resisted. She always had a specialty for being extremely stubborn, something we had in common.

"No. I'm having fun, and I'm sure as hell not leaving with you."

"Caroline, let's go." I said, now getting more irritated by the second.

"I said no, take a fucking hint."

"Caroline," I said, now showing my hybrid eyes.

Caroline got in my face and looked into my eyes. She stood straight and showed no mercy. "I am not scared of you, Klaus."

I looked into her eyes for a little while longer. There was something different about Caroline and I couldn't put my finger quite on it. She walked away from me and got more drinks. So, I followed her. I had the waiter serve me 3 tequila shots, and a glass of bourbon, neat. I watched Caroline as she made her way through the crowd, never taking my eyes off her for even half a second. As I watched her bite into a human she was dancing with, it finally clicked. I knew what was different with Caroline. I walked up to her and threw the human out of my way.

"You turned it off."

How did you like this chapter? I've been waiting to do a book that incorporated Caroline's humanity being off, and her it finally is. Let me know what you think so far and any ideas I should incorporate in the future chapters. Don't forget to comment and vote. XOXO <3
