Chapter 5- He just got rejected

I'm going to start naming chapters now cos...idk, cos I can

{RACH POV}

When I woke up I could hear laughing downstairs. Groaning I sat up and looked over at the bed next to me, empty, Mae must be up already. I pulled on my ugg boots and walked downstairs. "Luke put me down." Tilly screamed as I entered the room, "no" he said back. He run up and down the lounge room with her on his back. I looked over at the couch to see Georgia pinned down by Ashton, "are you ticklish?" He asked her keeping her arms still, she shook her head, "right so you won't mind me doing this?" His hands went to her stomach and he started to tickle her, she screamed out and tried to pull his hands away, "stop Ash, stop!" Just at that moment I felt two arms grab around my waist and pull me backwards. I gasped and looked to see who it was. I saw Michael smirk as he dragged me to the kitchen. "Jesus Mikey, you scared me." He just smiled and let go, "we're all going into town today, do you plan on going in your pjs?" He raised his eyebrow, "no, I didn't know any of this, and maybe I would if somebody had of woken me up." He just shrugged. Rolling. My eyes I walked out of the kitchen, "wait!" I spun on my heal, "what?" He scratched the back of his neck, "oh..um..uh the showers free now?" He sounded uncertain, "um..thanks, I'll um..go have one now then." He nodded and walked back into the kitchen. What was that all about? I shook my head and walked upstairs to the shower, passing Cal as I did, "oh your up." "Yeah, um...I'll be back down in a few, just going to shower." "Righto, oh yeah don't lock the door, it's broken." "Thanks." I smiled and we both continued walking.

{MICHAEL POV}

Ugh well that was stupid, really, the shower, god Michael your such a douch. I walked back into the lounge room where the others were all settled down now. "So Mikey, you and Rach eh?" Tilly said jumping over the couch to me. I just shrugged, "she's not that easy." "Nice try though." Georgia smiled walking up to my left side, "you'll get there eventually, she's only known you for a day." I smiled at that. I collapsed on the couch sighing. We talked for a little more when Rach came downstairs, "ready?" Luke asked, "yeah." "Let's go then." We all jumped up and the girls grabbed their bags. "Oh yeah," Ashton said, "we need to be back on campus by 4, some assembly this going on."

*15 minutes later* {AHTON POV}

"So it's Tilly, Georgia, Ash and Luke, and Me, Mikey, Rach and Mae?" "Yeah sounds good, then we'll meet up here at 1 for lunch?" Luke looked around the group, "sounds good." We all nodded and walked off. Tilly and Georgia linked arms and began walking beside Luke and I, "why do girls do that?" Luke said to no one in particular, "um...I don't know, just cos." Tilly looked at him, he shrugged and went to grab my arm to link them, "nooo. I know I may act like a girl sometimes, but no." Luke pouted and dropped his arm. The girls laughed, "so, what's the plan?" I looked at Luke who shrugged, "whatever I guess, if you see something we can stop." The girls nodded.

After minutes of walking we passed a music store, "let's go in there," Georgia said. We walked into the store which wasn't very busy. Georgia walked over to the drums section and I followed. I was looking at a foot petal when she walked up behind me. "Hey" I smiled, "hey" she said back. She was holding a pair of drumsticks in her hands. They were a dark coloured wood with black ends, I smiled at her, "can I ask what tape you used to sign your drums?" She tilted her head slightly when she asked the question, " oh um...I don't remember, but I have some back at school so,you can use it if you want." She giggled slightly, "thanks." Tilly walked up to her, "you done?" "Uh why?" She asked looking at her friend, "I wanted to,show you something," she smiled at me against and walked over to the CD's with Tilly. "You need to control that smile dude." Luke said, a packet of guitars picks in his hand, "what?" I turned back to the foot petal. "Never mind, you know what I'm talking about." "You guys ready to go?" Tilly asked, she was holding a packet of guitars picks and a green day CD. "Yeah, we'll just pay and we can go." We walked up to the cash register where a boy about our age was standing. He wore a snap-back, band shirt and skinny jeans. Georgia and Tilly placed their stuff on the counter, "do you guys play?" Tilly nodded and Georgia said, "we're in a band." "Oh yeah, cool." The girls smiled, "that's $24:30 for the drums and All Time Low CD and, $15:60 for the picks and Green Day CD." The girls put the money in the counter and grabbed their stuff, waiting for their change. As we we're walking out of the store the boy winked at the girls and they giggled. I wanted to scream at him but held it back. "Oh my god that little bastard." Georgia was holding a piece of paper in one hand and her change in the other, "what?" She handed me the paper and it had a phone number written on it with a little winky face under it, I felt like walking back in their and punching the shit out of him. Tilly laughed, "you should call him just for laughs." I handed her back the piece of paper, "yeah no." She walked to the nearest bin and put it in. I looked in through the shop window where I saw the boys mouth wide open, I tapped Luke's shoulder and pointed to the window. He laughed, "he just got rejected."
