{GEORGIA POV}
So you know when you get your period at the worst possible time, yeah, that's what happened to me right now.
On the weekend that we all decided to go to the beach, I get my fucking period, and I'm pretty much hating everyone.
I'm hating that Mae dyed her hair red, even though it looks amazing, I'm hating that Cal and Rach are always off together doing God knows what, I'm hating that my best friend got us matching shirts that we've been dying to get for two months now.
I flopped onto my bed and went onto Twitter, and am now hating that nobody's tweeted anything for at least 10 minutes.
I groaned and threw my phone to the end of the bed burying my face into a pillow.
"Babe?" Ash said from the door.
"What?" I snapped taking the pillow from my face.
"I've fulfilled my promise from the start of the year." He said walking over to the bed.
"What promise?" I said looking at him.
"The promise about buying tampons." He sat on the edge of the bed and handed me a box of tampons.
I grabbed them and put them in the floor, "thanks." I said looking up at the celling again.
"Do you want me to stay, the others are going out but I'll stay with you if you want."
"No you can go, I don't care."
"I'd rather stay with you." He said grabbing my hand.
"Okay." I said.
He curled up next to me and held my hand, "does it suck being a girl?" He asked.
"Yes. Firstly, you have to squat when you pee and it sucks, secondly, you get your period, which, as you can see, is toucher, and thirdy, giving birth, which I haven't experienced, but from all the stories and videos in sex ed I can tell will be painful." I looked at him and he was smiling.
"It's not funny!" I said and he started laughing.
I pushed at him, hating him too.
I grunted and stood up, walking out of the room, slamming the door behind me.
{ASHTON POV}
I couldn't help but smile at her rambling about how bad being a girl is.
She looked at me and frowned, "it's not funny." I couldn't help it, I couldn't contain my laughter.
I let it out and she pushed at me getting up and slamming the door.
I sat there for a minute, slightly confused at what had just happened until I realised that I should probably go get her.
I got up and herd yelling downstairs and another door slamming.
I walked downstairs to find Tilly standing next to the couch with a shocked look on her face.
"And she's defiantly not happy with anybody right now." She said turning around, "oh hey Ash." She said.
"Can I ask what happened?" I said coming down the last three steps.
"Yeah she came downstairs all grumpy and I told her to sit down with me and watch a move and I guess she didn't like the idea."
"Right." I said.
"Yep, this, Mr Irwin, is the 5 day grumpy Georgia, but this isn't the worst part, mood swing will set in soon and she'll be nice, happy normal Georgia and then after about 3-20 minutes she'll go back to this." She said sitting back on the couch.
I nodded, "should I, you know, go after her?"
"If you want." She shrugged and turned on the TV.
I nodded and grabbed my shoes.
I walked around town for a few minutes before I found her sitting on the beach alone.
Her shoes sat beside her and her hair whipped around in the wind.
I walked over and sat next to her, "I'm sorry." I said. I know what I did wasn't actually that bad, but I don't know how she feels and never will, so I think it's best if I just appoligise.
"Me too. I over reacted just a little."
"It's okay. I don't know how it feels to, ya know, have a period but it seems pretty annoying and I know that if I was going through this I would've done the same thing."
She looked at me and smiled, "Tilly tell you bout the mood swings?"
I chuckled, "yep."
She nodded, "only three days left." She said looking at the ocean again.
"Okay. I think I can deal with that." I said grabbing her hand.
"Ice-cream?" She said. The mood swings were kicking in, I could tell.
"Yeah alright." I said standing up.
We walked to the little ice-cream stand and lined up.
We were standing there when a little kid, who looked about 4 kicked my leg.
I looked down at him and he stared at me and smirked.
"Jackson stop it!" I girl who looked to be about 15 said.
She was holding a baby on her hip and had two little girls running around her like headless chickens." Sorry." She said to me grabbing the boys arm.
"Lilly?" Georgia said at my side, looking at the girl.
"Georgia. Oh hi." She said hugging her.
"How are you?" Georgia asked.
"Yeah I'm good, yourself?"
"Yeah yeah good. Do you want a hand with things?" She asked indicating the kids.
"No no it's good." She said.
"Oh sorry, Lilly, this is Ashton, Ash this is Lilly, her brother did my piercings and tattoos."
"Hi." I said to her. I didn't know Georgia had tattoos, I knew about the piercings though.
She smiled, "hi and sorry about my brother."
"It's okay, don't worry about it."
"What are you doing with all the kids anyway?" George asked.
"Oh mums out and Jace's at work." Jace must be the boy that did the piercings.
"Right. Well, we'd better go, but tell Jace I'll be coming in again before school starts. I want another tattoo."
"Okay sure. Have you still go my number?"
"Um..yeah I think so, if not I'll just ask Jace for it."
"Ok great, well ill see you round." She hugged her once more, we grabbed out ice-cream and begun walking home.
"I didn't know you had tatts." I said as we walked.
"Yeah I've got a music note on my rib cage and my brothers name and mums name on my lower back." She said looking at me.
I nodded, I'm surprised I hadn't noticed them before.
We walked home and she had a shower and went back to bed.
